One of the many gift shops hawking mini replicas of Big Ben, Double-Decker buses and telephone booths, t-shirts, keychains, cheaply made bags, gift sets of assorted teas, pens, shot glasses hoodies, postcards, refrigerator magnets and similar wares. They also sell postage for the postcards, which is rather convenient.
The selection is decent, but it looks like everything else you'll find in every other souvenir shop in London.
I took away several stars because some of the items (e.g. bags) are conspicuously low-quality, with popped stitches and seams. The ladies tees are also very thin... especially the white ones. I bought one, and when I tried it on at the hotel it was almost sheer in the back. It also didn't fit well in the chest, so my plan was to return it.The sizing here seems to be slightly different than American sizes. A size Large here is equivalent to a size Medium in the States (I didn't knock off a star for that. Just an FYI).
Since there are no fitting rooms in the tiny store, I definitely suggest trying a shirt over your clothes if you can to get a general idea if it fits or not. This store does not offer cash refunds, as I unfortunately found out, and I ended up having to leave with some other crap that I really did not need as an exchange. read more
