This review is in relation to the Gift Designers being used by Learn Photography Canada. We have used the Gift Designers several times and been happy each and every time. Noreen takes the time and effort to truly understand what we need for each project. From them we have ordered t-shirts, jackets, bags, and hats for apparel. We have also ordered gift baskets from the Gift Designers and these products warrant extra praise as they were simply amazing. The baskets were sent to both staff and our customers with each and everyone of them (seriously - every one of them) commenting on how amazing the gift baskets were and how fantastic the products were in them. History

Established in 2002.

Our company started out in the basement of our home working to serve the needs of real estate agents in Calgary, specifically in the area of housewarming gifts and anniversary gifts. As the company grew we developed an online presence that reached out to the world. We had individuals from around the globe with friends & family here in Calgary that they wanted to gift at Christmas, during times of bereavement, times of celebration, birthdays, anniversaries and more. We are thrilled to say that one of the reasons we are in business is to empower women. We proudly sponsor WomenforWomen.org, Peer Support Services for Abused Women and micro finance opportunities in other parts of the world. I noted some shortcomings, but I assumed they'd get remedied after a year or so of operation. Unfortunately, not much was different. Museums should be dynamic and ever-changing. They should give reason for return visits. Our people have so much to offer, and THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT MUSEUM. So, let's represent! (Don't get me wrong though---I'll be back!). On a techie note, they did have free wifi, so I was able to check email on my phone!

There seems to be a lack of maintenance. The experience with the staff however was flawless. Very friendly and professional. A note on the side: some trails are still closed after the 2013 flooding.

The current arena definitely feels older and a bit dated. The food options try to keep things modern, but the building itself has a classic "old barn" feel with simple seating and no cup holders. That said, you can really feel the history inside. The seating is built steeply upward rather than flat, so there really isn't a bad view in the place. It will be sad to see it go, but I'm glad I got to catch a game here before the new arena opens. If you're in the area before it's replaced, it's worth checking out.
