You could tell by the conversation some of these guys have been telling the same stories for years to the same group of friends and often loud enough to be heard by a few strangers like me - it seems the first liar doesn't stand a chance. Although I've been passing this bar for years this was my first time stopping in but it definitely won't be my last, they used to call these working man bars, today I'd say that could be somewhat true but I think some of the patrons probably open this bar and few others close it everyday - there were a few philosophers at the bar giving advice to whomever would listen, even if the sky was falling you wouldn't be able to tell inside here. He barely spoke to us and rarely made eye contact. He did spend an inordinate amount of time on his cell phone, leaning against the wall. Jessica seems to understand customer service but the phone dude needs to get onboard. We'll try again and see how it goes.
