So when I heard Omaha was getting its own take on the concept, I was immediately intrigued. It's simple, but detailed. There's genuinely nothing else like this in Omaha. The cocktails are intentional with potential for more depth. I was really impressed. You can request music digitally from their wall of records, which is such a fun touch.
