Wow...just Wow…read more Eleven years with this insurance agent and I never filed a claim for the house or car. Paid all of my bills on time. I took a job in another state while my Husband has stayed at the house in Ohio. I changed my car policy to the new state, but kept the house insurance. Then the harassing phone calls and emails started - Is the house on the market, is it empty, how can it not be empty if you moved? Somehow they believed I needed to confirm every 3-6 months that my house was not for sale. I explained the situation a couple of time (was actually asked if I was getting a divorce - Yeah, they are that awesome at customer service). When I called and asked for the emails and phone calls to stop since I would notify them if I put the house up for sale as my policy required - THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY MID-TERM. Wow... Please save yourself the hassle and find an insurance agent that actually cares about you and does not harass you. Henry's Insurance Agency will probably cancel your policy for no reason too.

I did have to file a claim recently and it was so easy to do I didn't even feel like I was doing it. Car repair went great. I definitely recommend Henry Insurance to anyone in need.

Young III State Farm Insurance office. I had a complex need for setting up a new policy based on a nuanced situation with my mother, who's in declining health. Stephanie went above and beyond - not only did she help me track down key info and design a new policy and account that worked for our unique needs, but she also shared some invaluable guidance that made a broader, stressful situation much easier to begin to navigate. And on top of that, she checked in and followed up, which felt incredibly supportive during a very tenous time. Net - Stephanie is a superhero who made what could have been a complicated - or even impossible - process feel much smoother and more manageable. Thank you, Stephanie! Highly recommend Stephanie and the Edwin O. Young III State Farm Insurance team!

When my mom, my last surviving parent died, Susan was so helpful in transferring the insurance into my name. It was a stressful time, and she did more than was required to get it done. The biggest compliment is that when my son went out on his own, he took insurance with Susan, making three generations to have been insured with her. When his car was stolen, a major blow to a young man, Susan did a great job of taking care of him. We will be forever grateful to her for all her help.

They are excellent at explaining the sometimes confusing ins and outs of insurance. Dan set up my initial policy a yr ago and was excellent. At my yr review I sat down with the owner, Julie, and was very impressed. She took a lot of time with me reviewing my homeowners, umbrella, and auto policies for any ways to save money or for important things I may want to add tailored to my life. Whether you have Allstate or not I highly suggest sitting down with this office for even an estimate. They will do everything to get you the best price for the best coverage. PS the homeowners policy was HALF the price of all other companies while still being well covered, which is why my mortgage co steered me in their direction!
