I've got keys from Rueschhoff and their affiliate, Mobile Locksmith, several times, and I've always…read morebeen satisfied. Yesterday was exceptional. I'd lost my car key two weeks ago. Been using a spare Rueschhoff cut a while back. It's the basic key that must be turned in the lock, and it cost $150. Yesterday afternoon, I discovered the dealer would charge more than my monthly payment to replace the original key! So at 4:30 I called Rueschhoff. Arron made my day. He quoted $150 over the phone, including programming, for a new smart key, and he said he could do it now. (NOTE: they close at 5:00. I didn't realize this, so I became a total jerk by getting some food to eat while they worked and waltzing in at 4:55. Always ask!) That's when I ruined Arron's day. The replacement key was complicated, partly because I didn't have the original with the transponder, and partly because of weird factory locksmithy stuff. Still, Arron, Mark and Jeff went far beyond the call of duty, working an hour overtime to get things right. Long story short: I ended up with an unprogrammed key, identical to the one I had made at Rueschhoff a few years ago for $150.Arron's girlfriend wasn't too pleased, but he has made this old woman really happy!

I was referred to DeBackers by Waters Hardware. Holly was very willing to help me identify the parts that I needed and offered any further assistance if I had questions. She was very knowledgeable and sold me what I needed. I found out, based on her expertise, that I actually needed two capacitor instead of just one like I thought. It was a holiday weekend and I didn't get my unit working on that day so I had to wait until the following Tuesday (this was on Friday). Tuesday morning came, and I went back to DeBackers and they were able to get me what else I needed. I know that most companies would want me to let them trouble shoot and repair my AC, but I felt no pressure from them to do that. It cost me about $130 total to get my AC working again and get my house cooled down. Thank you, DeBackers. I will definitely be coming to you next time I have HVAC needs.
