They have shutoff water at least 6 times…read morefor the whole complex since we moved here (2 months). 1 of those months we didn't have a shower at all because the pipe broke and they didn't seem to care. Maintenance came to "fix" the spout that flew off by gluing it on which lead to the apartment under us to get flooded so then they called an actual plumber and they left it like this (see picture) for maintenance to fix but that took a while too. Even the plumber said that this place sucked. Maintenance is not trained on how to properly fix anything so they literally just glue things or paint over things and call it a day. Management doesn't call back on important matters(like about rent fees they are over charging) but they will call if they get annoyed that your packages get dropped off at the office. Also when we moved in after it had been "cleaned" for us, there were bugs (dead and alive), and hair (including pubes) everywhere. On top of all of that, there is only one none-negotiable cable/internet plan which is just inconvenient. I've lived in 10 apartments across 5 states all over America and I can honestly say this apartment has been the worst.
