I had maintenance issues with leaking in the ceiling of the living room of my apartment that left me stressed and hopeless due to the negligence of the maintenance team, the property manager not taking urgency to correct the issue, and the leasing manager making it my responsibility to move if I felt a way. It wasn't until I had my attorney advise me on legal actions to take that the leaking was resolved. If that's not enough, the courtesy officer is very racist. My husband and I went to the pool with our pool bands on and he only approached the two of us at the pool and no one else. There were others there with no pool bands, but since we were the only black couple there, we were the target of convo with the courtesy officer asking loudly if we lived in the complex. I regret signing a lease here. The outside of the apartments look pleasant and luxury, but please do not let that fool you. Please be advised to find somewhere else to stay.

I wish I could give less stars. We lived here for a year and it was the worst apartment we have…read moreever lived in. the AC and heat barely work, severe water damage and mold in the bathrooms, pipes that make the water feel slimy, walls so thin you can take to your neighbors like they are in the room with you, and many more issues. Also don't be fooled, their "renovations" are just paint that is so poorly done that they painted the carpet, the doors were painted shut, and it was peeling off the walls. Not to mention the bug problem. Lastly, management is incompetent, to say the least. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. You would be better off living under a bridge.

Management said we can only have two parking spaces, but I saw so many other residents with multiple cars! Rita (manager) then said we have to squeeze it into one parking space, are you going to insure the bike if it gets damaged?! Management would make comments when I'm not around knowing my bf is pretty much nice and won't say anything...because they knows I'll stop them in their track. One time in front of other residents the manager walked by my bf who was walking our dogs and said "They didn't even pay a pet deposit." to our neighbor. She must not know that I've talked to everyone in that complex and not one of them paid a pet deposit. I bought my dog AFTER I signed the lease, I didn't plan on having one. I would've paid it if everyone else did and if she asked ME about it. That's the kind of comments she'd make. Multiple times we had things break down, talk about having your AC go out during the hot summer days. Nope, no emergency work order put in, I had to call several times throughout the 2 days we were living in hell. She then later would evict us, no reason whatsoever. We didn't bother to ask anyway, so glad we moved. Stuff would break and nothing would be done. The flush in our toilet broke, took days to fix. Stove stopped working, again took days to fix. Ac broke, took 48 hours to fix. Our heater broke during winter, took days to fix. Seems almost like she didn't care about the tenants being comfortable.

Maintenance came to "fix" the spout that flew off by gluing it on which lead to the apartment under us to get flooded so then they called an actual plumber and they left it like this (see picture) for maintenance to fix but that took a while too. Even the plumber said that this place sucked. Maintenance is not trained on how to properly fix anything so they literally just glue things or paint over things and call it a day. Management doesn't call back on important matters(like about rent fees they are over charging) but they will call if they get annoyed that your packages get dropped off at the office. Also when we moved in after it had been "cleaned" for us, there were bugs (dead and alive), and hair (including pubes) everywhere. On top of all of that, there is only one none-negotiable cable/internet plan which is just inconvenient.
