We came with a group and all opted for the kid size cup. This was a good portion size. The ice cream is good. Sweet. creamy. The picnic tables are bussed by guests and there is a covered trash bin nearby for that purpose. I was advised to bring wet wipes and that was a pro-tip. The kids and the adults needed to use those. The napkins at the order counter, although absorbant, just didn't touch the post ice cream stickiness.

Girlfriend got a waffle cone, and I opted for the ice cream sandwich with chocolate chips. The ice cream sandwich was good. Cookies were chewy but thin and the ice cream was a little too frozen to have the chocolate chips stick. But the ice cream was okay and the sheer size of the sandwich made the price worthwhile. The ice cream is Giffords, which is okay hard serve. Compared to the local creameries, it's not really great ice cream. But sometimes you don't need that overly sweet ice cream treat, you want a cone of good enough and the price to match. This place meets those requirements, and does a pretty decent job of it. As a roadside ice cream shack, it scratches that itch when you just want something sweet. Go in for the basics, and you won't be disappointed.

I am a DoorDash driver, and this was one of the most disrespectful experiences I've had while…read morepicking up an order. When I arrived, the order was not ready and was still being prepared. Since I knew I would be waiting, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was told no. I initially assumed there had been a misunderstanding, so I explained that I wasn't a random passerby looking for a public restroom. I was there to pick up an active DoorDash order and would be waiting while they finished preparing it. Unlike employees who have a workplace with designated break areas and restroom access, delivery drivers spend their entire workday on the road. We don't have a home base to return to between orders. Because of that, we often rely on the basic courtesy of restaurants and businesses we partner with while conducting pickups and deliveries. Most businesses understand this and treat drivers respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. What happened next was what bothered me most. Rather than simply explaining their policy and treating me with basic courtesy, the employees largely stopped engaging with me altogether. They avoided eye contact, ignored my attempts to communicate, and acted as though I wasn't standing there. It was an incredibly dehumanizing experience. After waiting several more minutes, I said, "I could have been done by now." The only response I received was, "It's not for the public." I again explained that I was there for an active pickup and was waiting on an order that still wasn't ready. Once again, I was met with silence. To be clear, I completely understand that businesses located on busy commercial streets cannot allow every random person who walks in off the street to use their restroom. That's not what this situation was. I was there performing a service directly connected to their business. DoorDash drivers are part of the fulfillment process that allows restaurants to participate in DoorDash, reach additional customers, and generate revenue from delivery orders. I wasn't asking for special treatment--just the basic courtesy of using the restroom while waiting on an order that they were still preparing. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the order had been ready when I arrived, I would have already been gone. The only reason I was standing there waiting was because of the restaurant's delay. At that point, I decided to unassign myself from the order, even though it was a high-paying delivery. If a business is unwilling to show basic respect to the drivers helping deliver its orders, then it can find someone else to complete those deliveries. I will also be reporting this experience to DoorDash so they are aware of how drivers are being treated at this location. To fellow Dashers: I strongly encourage you to decline orders from this establishment and spend your time supporting businesses that treat delivery drivers with professionalism and basic human dignity. To potential customers: please consider whether this is the kind of business you want to support. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, including the people helping get your food to your door.

Not a lot of room to order or wait. There's a singular tablet to order from. Ordering kiosk was buggy. Had to select espresso multiple times to get to the coffee and had multiple upcharge prompts. And I guess they just started a Barbie promotion? Because the 4 seats in the place were taken up with influencers in Barbie and Ken garb. Decided to try their pumpkin coffee, because why not? Wait was a little long, but eventually I got my coffee As a coffee location, it's not great. I appreciate they have it, but it's very much a hint of coffee with a sickly sweet combo of pumpkin and strawberry foam. Not the flavor combo that works I get it, it's a boba tea place. Coffee is not its strong point, and it's not right to compare a coffee in a place that deals in almost exclusively tea. Even if I were into tea, I do have expectations. A kiosk that works, expediency in a chain location, and a drink that's not looking to hide any form of bitter in a mountain of sugar. I didn't really taste the passionfruit, but more so of the green tea. I don't know if the majority of the drink is 85% tea, 5% jelly, and 10% passion fruit. The sweet level was not too bad, usually I tell them less sugar, and the drink still comes out sweet. I think that's what kung fu tea is known for compared to other bubble test shops such as teabreak or gong cha. Thus again is my experience in drinking bubble tea. The location and shop is super clean, the worker was nice, and the vibes are there. The drink was just mid. I have to crave it to just come to kung fu.
