They don't just clean what's in plain sight. They really go the extra mile to clean even spaces that aren't visible. They do a thorough, deep clean in all spaces of the house. I used them when I was in a brand new house that I always kept pretty clean. I had them come over and clean one time before I had overnight visitors. I didn't know if it would make that much of a difference, but boy was I wrong! I noticed so many little things that I had been overlooking. For example, they cleaned my light fixtures, and I had never seen my kitchen look so bright! In terms of cost, using Jeyma's Maids is a great value. I find their services to be very affordable for the amount of work they do, so I always tipped each of them for their incredible work. They are also very easy to work with. They are accomodating and have even been able to squeeze me in when my schedule isn't very flexible. You won't be disappointed if you use their services!

I sometimes feel bad that my home is extra messy when they arrive and I usually like to declutter and get things out of their way to make their job easier, but I rarely get to that. The team is also super kind, sweet, and listens when I have requests or need to clarify something. They are also really playful with my daughter and bring a lot of warmth and positive energy when they are in my home. The coordinator I text with is very good about forwarding my requests to the team and if a cleaning time doesn't work for me she will see what she can do to adjust. I had previously raised an issue about the shower not being cleaned properly and was told the team would be reminded before the next visit. The same issue happened again, and when I reported it, I was asked whether anyone had used the shower after the cleaners left. The photos were taken only about two hours after the cleaning. They offered to return the next day, but I work from home and have to schedule cleanings around meetings, so repeat visits are not always practical. I had also experienced late arrivals despite explaining my scheduling constraints. After explaining that I needed more consistent service and asking to cancel future appointments, the response was simply, "Ok. I will take you off the schedule." I understand mistakes happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of ownership and customer service. I ultimately decided to find a more consistent and reliable service.

They got me in within a week of my call. They did inform me that they'd eventually need a credit card on file (which I've learned is typical in this industry) however I couldn't figure out how to enter it in my client portal. I was later asked to submit my credit card info via text, which I wasnt comfortable with. On the actual day of service, they still hadnt received my credit card info (I called and left a voicemail) so I wasnt even sure if they were going to show up. I received a call from the cleaners 1 hour before the scheduled time asking if they could come early. This wasnt a problem, but I told them I wanted to contact the office first, since they didnt have my card info to confirm the appointment. After giving my info to who I believe was the owner, the cleaners were ready to go. The cleaners came in with a lot more gear than I expected for just 2.5 bathrooms. So I asked one of them about it and they were under the impression that they were cleaning the whole house. So I had to call the office again to make sure I didnt get over charged. Everything went pretty smoothly from there for a couple hours. Then suddenly one of the cleaners came out saying that she had to leave to go pick up her son. Its no problem, but I dont think she communicated which parts of the bathroom she had finished cleaning or still needed cleaning to the other girl that was here because after they left and I was able to do a more thorough inspection, the master bedroom sink drain was still not properly cleaned and there were water spots on the shower door (which I was able to wipe away afterwards). Overall they did an ok job but there were just a few spots missed and the communication wasnt the best.
