I called to try to get a refund or at least convert the sunken cost to one on one tutoring, but they said no. The most they would do was give me a $300 credit, but I would have to pay $200 to use it. Mayflower tutoring has been great for our family. My daugher (5th) started a handful of months ago…read moreprimarily to build her confidence in using a variety of math techniques, and to boost her enjoyment of math through increased confidence. It's great to see her completing homework with more ease and greater speed just from the tutoring. The online format also works very well for us....so much easier than commuting somewhere and of course with the coronavirus now omnipresent it's impossible to have tutors enter the home. Her tutor, Matthew, comes with a great deal of math and teaching experience (I believe other subjects as well) and has a gentle manner and nice energy than goes well with kids. I only wish we had started sooner!
