After opening the safe box we quickly realized we needed to update ownership to our living trust; we made an apt for Monday at 4pm and were once again, supported by staff both virtually and at this specific branch location. The apt took more than an hour but ultimately, we felt super supported by the staff and were not charged a single thing to get the trust listed as the owner. This was shocking to us since most banks charge for everything. Overall, we are incredibly happy with the service and support we received at this location.
