Ordered: A Journey Around the Islands Menu (~€140/person): no pork Glass of Oremus Furmint Dry Mandolas 2021 (~€14) Aya's take: La Fortaleza aka the Fortress is an absolutely stunning restaurant located at Hotel Cap Rocat. The views are incredible, the rooftop terrace is classy, and the service was top notch. It's led by Chef Víctor García that features a tasting menu of the Balearic Islands with a contemporary and modern twist. We were brought to a couch area where we started off with some Appetizers and "Variat Mallorqui". We were then moved to a table to enjoy the rest of the Journey Around the Islands offerings. Every single dish was beautifully and meticulously crafted, with some familiar ingredients and other new ones, and gives you a deep appreciation for Spanish cuisine. The price is well-justified in my opinion and you get tons of dishes. Even though each dish is small, you absolutely will not leave hungry. My favorites were the fresh bread with olive oil made specifically for the restaurant, Tomato Pa Amb Oli, and Monkfish and Mussel Stew.
