During that time, I've seen tremendous growth in her communication and social skills. Mr Neil is not only knowledgeable and highly skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. He always takes the time to answer my questions and shares helpful suggestions for supporting my child at home. What stands out most is how genuinely he cares about each child and makes both children and parents feel welcome and supported. That personal connection means so much to our family, especially in a field where services can often feel rushed and business focused. While waiting for my child during her sessions, I've also noticed how kind, caring and patient the other therapists at Gold Speech are with their clients. I highly recommend Mr Neil and Gold Speech to any parent looking for compassionate, high quality speech therapy or social skills groups for their child !

When I first walked in,…read morethere was a pretty strong, funky smell that almost made me turn around and leave, but I decided to stick it out and check out the menu. The space itself is small with limited seating, and parking is also a bit of a challenge. That said, the menu was interesting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I ended up ordering the dalgona coffee, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. It didn't look anything like the photo, more like dish soap on top, and the square thing on top was frozen solid (which I assume was the dalgona?). The drink itself was really watered down and didn't taste like coffee at all. Honestly, the pictures were way more appealing than the actual experience.

My time spent with Manuel and his team was super helpful for me and my family!…read more When it came time to do essays for my college applications, his team was very specific and detailed in their criticisms. Since the essays used in my college applications were very particular about subject matter and word count, him and his team's pointers greatly helped me in conveying my essays' messages effectively. They also made understanding finances for my difference colleges easy to understand. Going into the federal financial aid application process, I was rather intimidated with the amount of steps involved. However, after consulting with Manuel and his team, they gave us a clear outline of what we have to do and what forms of financial aid to look out for--even going as far as to point out which of my chosen colleges offer the best financial aid. Overall, College Planning ABC offered me and my family a smooth, professional, and streamlined approach to the college application process that would've felt more time-consuming and stressful otherwise.

She was admitted to several top schools and will be attending one of the top UCs this year. As a middle‑class parent without much knowledge of how the admissions system works here, I was overwhelmed. My daughter says that without his help she wouldn't have done nearly as well, and she really enjoyed working with him, which mattered a lot during an already stressful school year. I highly recommend Manny if you have a child preparing for college, Thank you, Manny!

Otherwise if you like doing it yourself, they have tvs to help pass the time while you wait for your washer/dryer to be done and it's very clean inside. I just wish parking was better, there's only a few spots in front and the back that used me open for parking isn't anymore so you kind of have try and time your visit to an off time.
