The system barely functions properly and makes communication feel impersonal and unnecessarily difficult. For example, I recently reported that our shower was not functioning properly, and the AI immediately categorized it as a "shower leak" and started asking generic automated questions instead of addressing the actual issue. It honestly feels like tenants are talking to a broken customer service bot instead of a real person who can help. On top of that, tenants are charged nearly $3 every month just to pay rent online through their portal. Even when using direct bank account and routing information, while rent continues to increase by 10% annually. For a company managing only a small 6-unit building, I expected better communication, better maintenance support, and more consideration for tenants. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
