They have started using an AI chatbot…read moresystem to handle maintenance requests, and it is extremely frustrating when you are trying to report actual problems in your apartment. The system barely functions properly and makes communication feel impersonal and unnecessarily difficult. For example, I recently reported that our shower was not functioning properly, and the AI immediately categorized it as a "shower leak" and started asking generic automated questions instead of addressing the actual issue. It honestly feels like tenants are talking to a broken customer service bot instead of a real person who can help. On top of that, tenants are charged nearly $3 every month just to pay rent online through their portal. Even when using direct bank account and routing information, while rent continues to increase by 10% annually. For a company managing only a small 6-unit building, I expected better communication, better maintenance support, and more consideration for tenants. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
