The answer, in seconds, provided me a list of ten. I selected a location and headed out. Finding it was fairly easy, in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, the prices were fair and the service....fabulous! I was assisted by the owner Tina. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had work done on my King air by propel and was asked to pay upfront. I have worked with them in the past and I've always paid my bills on time. I find it strange that they want money upfront before they even start work. I had a radio issue with my plane. Approximately four weeks after the fact, I received a bill for approximately $400 for what I believe was all of no more than 15 minutes of work. I questioned the bill and I was told that I was no longer welcome at propel. The manager told me that if I could not afford the bill, they would write it off. Seriously? Needless to say, I paid the bill, but will never go back to propel again. They don't have to worry about me ever coming back, because I won't. I run a financial services company, and if I treated my customers the way, propel treats their customers, I would be out of business. Be careful when working with this manager. Get everything in writing before you do any work with propel.
