Terrible service. This person does not keep their word and never showed up to pick up my car. I waited the entire day for him, and the only excuse I received was that he was busy. I completely wasted my day waiting for someone who never showed up. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this service. read more

I searched for "Towing in Aventura", trying to find something local for a quick response. My wife was stuck on the side of 95 near Aventura and they said they would "be right there". It was frustrating it took so long, especially in the dark, rain, and in a dangerous spot. Once arrived, the driver was professional and drove her car to the appropriate address.

Luis told me to come in for a free diagnostic and immediately walked me through exactly how he'd evaluate the problem and what the possible outcomes could be. Instead, he gave me an honest assessment, clear next steps, and transparent pricing before doing any work. He even outlined potential future issues and realistic cost ranges so I'd know what to expect if the issue showed up again. Luis is honest, thorough, efficient, and incredibly kind and patient.
