These individuals are horrific, they allowed potential buyers through my home unaccompanied and jewelry was stolen. When I was able to speak to David, he inisited that he was side by side with them, when clearly my husband and I saw him separated from the potential buyers. When pictures of the house were taken my license plate was not blurred out from the pictures. Throughout the conversation he became rude and sarcastic. I would highly recommend you use any other realtor that would show decency, respect and behave appropriately with everyone involved. I can't imagine a better real estate agent than David Fogg. I have worked with him twice. Once, in 2008, when he sold my mother's home, and recently, when he worked with me in my role as a trustee to sell the home of an elderly friend who died. As first time homebuyers, my partner and I were very intimidated by the whole process. We researched online and frankly, with all the information out there, we became overwhelmed. At least once a week we went to open houses and felt some seller agents were a bit aggressive. We were soon flooded with calls and emails. Luckily, our lender gave us a few recommendations on agents and we decided to go with Courtney Hall from the Fogg Team. Courtney Hall has been knowledgeable, professional and made our home buying process much easier. From our first official meeting, we were oriented on what to expect during each step. She answered all our questions and made it feel that we can communicate our concerns. I was unable to get in touch with them after multiple attempts form myself and then a realtor to make an offer on one of their properties. I wrote an offer on one of their listings 3 hours after it was listed for $5000 over its listed price and they didn't have the courtesy to even respond to it. I feel very sorry for their sellers. They don't seem to be representing sellers properly and are seriously walking the line of breaking real estate law. They are unethical and unresponsive to us and our agent. When the LA Real Estate market turns again, I hope these kinds of agents will be the first to have karma come kick them where they deserve it. read more

I must start with one word, amazing! If you are even considering buying or selling a home in the Burbank area, you would be doing yourself a disservice in not using The Foggs! My wife and I have lived in our current home the last 35 years. We raised four children here who have all married and blessed us with 10 grandchildren. For the past few years they have been encouraging us to move out to Santa Clarita where they all live. We used David Fogg and his team and while David is super nice, professional and knows his stuff, we felt he left too much to his team to handle. His team, at times, showed up late and had poor excuses like not knowing where the house was located from the freeway! I would use David again if it was just him. But you end up dealing with a lot of other people who are not as polished as he is. Selling a home can be an emotional and physical roller coaster. He does not sit in for your open houses so you are dealing with people you've never met from his team. I would have liked it if he had been there at least for one of the open houses. Real quality is seldom there with realtors these days, but I will only say kind things about David because he was really on his A game, returned phone calls and texts right away and always with a bright demeanor even when delivering bad news. It's not his fault entirely when his team doesn't deliver. read more
