We had THE BEST experience throughout the planning process with Chris, from our first conversation…read moreall the way to the end of our wedding. Chris was extremely responsive, kind, and fun to work with. Music is really important to us, so we provided a very extensive list of songs we wanted him to play (probably 4+ hours worth of music, haha). He played these songs and other songs that fit into the entire vibe of our wedding day. There was no song that we didn't love and we had many guests come up to us, complimenting him. Chris was a thoughtful and smooth MC, making sure the day was about us. He also cut two songs we wanted for our first dance since he also produces his own music, which was awesome. Also, Chris had everything he needed to set up his own DJ booth and lighting (which we didn't know if we wanted/needed, but ultimately loved!!). He was very professional and experienced. If you're looking for a DJ for your wedding, you'd be lucky to work with him!! We appreciate you, Chris!

We met with him on zoom a couple times before our wedding to discuss our songs, wants, and needs for the wedding and he went above and beyond expectations. He suggested ways to add to our entrance with our bridal party and even coordinated with them all what to do for the entrance, brought lights to make the dance floor and overall atmosphere look even better, and was so friendly and easy to work with. We can't say enough great things about him! If you are looking for an experienced, friendly, well priced, and overall great person and DJ then we recommend hiring him! The guests were texting us the next day raving about how great our DJ was and how much they enjoyed his song choices and they also loved that he had a QR code so they could request songs!

I wasn't able to be with my dad on his birthday - but I wanted him to take a load off, be in the moment and just LAUGH! And that was accomplished! I reached out to another telegram company and the plan fell through at the very last moment - I was devastated - by the time I found Peggy's information it was so late and I had already crossed off that gift from my list. Peggy reached out directly, learned that my previous plans had fallen through and literally said - let me figure something out for you. My dad was greeted by his favorite childhood cartoon character Scooby Doo and singing "Happy Birthday" the entire place enjoyed that experience and he felt like the most special dad ever! THANK YOU, Peggy and team!

The music was great and he had everyone dancing all night long. But! The best part, is that almost 2 years later, I couldn't remember what song I danced to with my dad - and he was able to pull up every song for the entire evening. I am so grateful that he kept track of this for me!

Where do I begin with my praise for Rich Lange and Remarkable Receptions? He was absolutely amazing…read moreand was hands-down the most talked about aspect of my wedding. People loved him! Rich went above and beyond as a DJ. We met several times leading up to the big day where we talked in detail about the reception. Rich is multi-talented. He created a picture slideshow and even cut music for my wedding ceremony. He was an expert at adding additional lighting to the reception area. We used his photo booth, LOVE letters, and monogram lighting skills as well. The reception flow was outstanding, thanks to Rich. The introduction of the bridal party was a huge hit. The way he introduced each member individually with facts about each person was unique and personal. The love story he told of how my fiance and I met was beautiful and had the guests in tears. There was never a dull moment and several people wanted his name and number following the wedding. My husband and I couldn't more pleased with Rich. Book him now! He's worth it.

When I first hired Kim, I was overjoyed to have her photograph my wedding and bridal portraits. She…read morewas a great interview and told me exactly what I wanted to hear. My bridals turned out great - they did need some re-editing, but that was due to my preference for brighter more vibrant hues of color. The wedding went great too; however, her assistant photographer that I'd paid extra for months in advance didn't show. It has now been over 6 months since I got married and I still haven't been refunded for this because she supposedly paid the assistant in advance and couldn't get him to pay her back. Not my problem. I wrote the check to her not the assistant. I filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office and she wasn't phased by it. Kim has a good eye and captured some great moments in my wedding but I ended up having to re-edit every single one of my pictures because she still didn't understand the style I was looking for, and didn't edit out the videographer in a lot of the photos. I hired her based on images from her website and the fact that she said she could do anything I wanted to the pictures. Unfortunately our relationship turned sour and she chose not to make it right. Hire her at your own risk but be prepared to get your photos back after all your other friends who got married after you have theirs back. She also didn't provide a highlight slideshow for me to share as a sneak preview before the photos were done. It was very disappointing. Make sure you get in writing a specific amount of time for the return of your photos because her contract doesn't make that clear either. She can take as long as she wants and make the excuse that some photographers take up to 6 months. She was completely unprofessional about the whole situation.
