While my mother was in the hospital at Good Shephetd, I called asking if they could do a pretty floral arrangement for me. Look at pictures -- my husband is going to be in the hospital for a month, over Christmas and New Year's. What I sent was supposed to look like a tree. As you can see from the pic someone stuffed greenery of the wrong size in it (not supposed to be there) and it doesn't resemble the picture at all. I'm very disappointed in this $50 tree, + $10 for delivery, + tax for a grand total of $64.94. Does anyone here believe this is a $65 tree? Good grief. Update 2 days after tree was sent: I sent an email to flower peddler with the picture of the not-so-pretty "tree?" shortly after my husband took the picture. I told them it was for my husband who will be in the hospital for at least a month, through Christmas and that was supposed to be his tree. I stated "I'm very disappointed". They never responded or apologized or even tried to explain. Just no response. Since it was supposed to be "Teleflora" I'll see if I can lodge a complaint about the tree and, now, their customer non-service. I went to Brylane Home today, bought their 6' "lays flat tree" with decorations and lights, sets up in 5 min, and sent it to him (he won't get it till the 19th though). The pretty Brylane tree cost less than the flower peddler thing - and I hesitate to call them "flowers" or "tree". Earlier I had purchased a Brylane tree for myself and I didn't know what to expect. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered my daughter flowers for her birthday. I was totally disappointed when I seen them. They looked nothing like the picture. Super small. I could have went to Walmart and bought one of those $10 bouquets and a $1 vase and it would look the same. The back of the bouquet didn't even have any flowers just some greenery that pushed everything forward. Will never waste my money here again. The vase is so tiny that not all the flower stems where in water which caused the bouquet to start dying the next day. read more

Had an urgent need for a dozen red roses, so called fairly early one morning to see what I could get IMMEDIATELY. Like, in 5 minutes. Not only did the lady say they had them, and say she would make a nice arrangement, they charged $20 less than the three flower shops in Kilgore who DIDN'T even have ROSES in stock. I asked if the roses "were nice," and she said they were hours fresh. When I got there - like, 5 minutes later - the roses were the BEST I'd ever seen and the arrangement was elegant, simple, and sitting on the counter waiting.
