I sent a message and was quickly reassured the item would be shipped out by next week. I became suspicious that I was not going to receive my bowl when another week passed and I did not receive it or a tracking number. I started to lose hope and thought I was going to have to contact my bank. A couple days went by and I sent another message basically requesting a refund if the item was not available and I'm so glad I didn't receive a refund. My bowl is so beautiful.
