The deluxe bouquet is what was suppose to be delivered. Not only was it not deluxe it was barely equivalent to a grocery store arrangement. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw what had been delivered. I live across the country now so when sending flowers to someone back home I will know who to not use after this disaster.
