I had ordered through a 3rd party site and paid for the flowers- the bouquet is the Cotton Candy. The flowers are on Longview Flower Shops website the bouquet should have been beautiful. The deluxe bouquet is what was suppose to be delivered. Not only was it not deluxe it was barely equivalent to a grocery store arrangement. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw what had been delivered. I live across the country now so when sending flowers to someone back home I will know who to not use after this disaster. The value was nonexistent. The 3rd party site did refund me but knowing this is the quality of work is beyond disappointing. read more

I called in an order for anniversary flowers to he delivered right down the street from Longview Flower Shop. I chose and arrangement from the sample photos, and ordered not the standard, but the premium $100 arrangement. I asked that a red vase be substituted for the clear vase. I was told that would not be a problem. When I finally saw the delivered flowers, the arrangement bore little comparison to the premium arrangement pictured on their website. It looked more like the skimpier standard arrangement. Also, the delivered arrangement had the clear vase, not a red vase which I had specifically ordered. I called the flower shop and was told "Sorry. We didn't have a red vase." I was not notified of this prior to the delivery. Longview Flowers did not notify me of this, which they had no right to do. Plus, a $10 delivery charge for a 5 minute delivery to an office location so near the flower shop? Outrageous. I will not trust Longview Flowers again. read more

I google flower shops in Longview, Tx and Longview Flower Shop was rated higher than the other few that came up. I chose to go here because of those reviews. Once I was there, I started thinking that perhaps they are great. Their family owned and operated. They assured me that I would get a big beautiful arrangement. ( they even wrote that on the ticket). It's my fault for trusting reviews an thinking a family store would be better. The bouquet of flowers I received was no better than any other place I've ever been. Actually it was worse since who ever made it couldn't count. *****1st Issue*****I request and paid for 21 roses to celebrate my 21 anniversary. I ordered it several days in advance. I get there to pick them up and they are several roses short!!! Maybe they were hoping I couldn't or wouldn't count the roses. So now they have to stuff the other roses into the bouquet already made. The arrangement didn't look any more special than any other flowers I've seen. Their vases are basic and boring. Nothing to brag about for any anniversary. Their was nothing that made my flowers special for my wife's 21 wedding anniversary, even though I was told it would be great. I ordered the " How Sweet It Is" The picture of a dozen Autumn colored roses looked great. I did not read the caption below that described it as something else. Why show a picture of something if you are not selling what that picture shows. So, I ended up sending my friend who was taking care of my mother through Chemotherapy a rather tacky bouquet of died carnations with a couple of roses thrown in. The very nice lady on the other end of the phone working for Longview Flower Shop didn't really have an answer on why the picture is different from what the caption describes, only that substitutions have to be made sometimes. With that line of thinking, I could make a pie and substitute shit for sugar and sell it. I don't think people would like it much. Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for flowers in Longview! Longview Flower Shop has been a staple in Longview for three generations, and has consistently produced very high quality flower arrangements. They provided wedding bouquets and church flowers, for my daughter's wedding, and they were FANTASTIC! Not only did they provide gorgeous flowers, but also included a small vase for each bouquet, to keep them fresh in the Texas summer heat. To top it off, they offered to stay after closing so we could pick-up our order to better match the wedding timing. We ordered two tall flower arrangements for the church altar, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 bridal bouquet, 2 wrist-lets for the mothers and they gave a free toss bouquet that was just as beautiful as the regular bouquets plus each bouquet came with a vase.
