I ordered flowers online for family down there in Savannah, and it was the worst arrangement I have ever seen. I paid $70 for a deluxe bouquet and the person who received it got two roses (that were dying), three lilies all completely unbloomed, one hydrangea and a few fill ins. I left pictures just to show how bad it is. The family member receiving the flowers also didn't get the gift note that I personally typed, she got the drivers instructions instead. And when I went to call their customer service line (because they don't have an email or anything) no one answered even though i called during work hours, and I couldn't leave a message because their inbox is full. I do not recommend in the slightest. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Beautiful arrangement and the Flower Boutique rushed it over to my friend's house. She just had a really great success and I wanted her to have it today - she's close to the store and this arrived something like 30 minutes after I called! She cried, I cried, it was AWESOME!!!!

My husband ordered 2 dozen roses for Valentines. They were delivered at 8:00 pm. There was only 19 roses which included 1 that was already dead. All of the roses were open, it was a mess. We will never use this company again.

Easy to use website, friendly on the phone, delivered well ahead of anticipated time on the busiest flower day of the year! That's the 2 stars. The missing 3 stars is due to false advertising with pictures. Look at the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.

The bouquet i should've received in the first place but would not have received had i not fought with them.

If YOU put in the work l, this shop will eventually do their job properly. But you will have to start a fight with them and follow through or they won't do anything. Today i received flowers via an order through FTD. They were delivered broken, dead, petal-less, and smushed to one side as if they fell over. Photo is attached. I called the flower shop directly and was told to text photos of the flowers and would be called back with a solution. 6 hours later i hadn't heard back so i called to follow up. I was told that my photos were never received and i wasn't responding to their texts. I confirmed the phone number i was texting to and it was the same number. They asked for me to resend the photos. I said i would, but i didn't. I did, however, tell the lady i would wait on the phone until she received the "resent" photos. Magically they "just showed up" and were shown to a manager. I was then told i would receive a redelivery "Saturday or Sunday." I then called ftd with the order number who called the flower shop directly with me on hold. Ftd told me a redelivery was scheduled for Saturday. An hour later new beautiful flowers showed up. Funny how if you light a fire under them they decide to do their job.

This is how the flowers arrived - dead and wilted.

My Dad ordered flowers through flowershopping.com for my wedding anniversary. The flowers arrived wilted and snapped. I called the flower boutique and the owner said to call back tomorrow because she was too busy. The next day, I CALLED, and they said we either had to go to the shop ourselves or wait until another delivery was scheduled for our area. If that wasn't enough, after arguing for awhile, she finally GRANTED us a new delivery scheduled for the next morning. After waiting for the order the next morning, we called and the owner Lucy began SCREAMING: 1. That we FAX OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FIRST. 2. She doesn't remember filling our order. 3. She was never paid. Response: 1. No way are we giving a sketchy "business" like that our credit card information. 2. Your business card was stapled to the flowers. 3. It's flowers - we didn't buy it for ourselves. So take it up with the person who sent them (who paid by paypal per flowershopping.com policy). So basically they weren't intending to re-deliver....EVER. I called flowershopping.com and they are in the process of taking her off the list of flower contractors. Overall, this place was a joke. There is zero quality or customer service. Lucy was screaming about how she's been in business for 35 years and that her husband is a retired engineer...who cares? I don't care if she's been in business for one year...this place is a dump. Places like this shouldn't survive when there are better choices that understand American-customer service.

STAY CLEAR! Just got my Mother's Day flowers and they aren't what was ordered. They got the shape of the vase right & put in the roses, but that's about it. When I called FTD to recitify the situation I was told that the florist didn't have the berries or lemon grass. They put in greenery that you get at a convenience store instead. It wasn't compact and round like the picture at all. Not what you expect for $75 plus $20 delivery fee. I think the florist just doesn't 'to care anymore...maybe she needs to retire.

Here's $75-80 worth of flowers according to this shop.

Buyer beware! Husband ordered flowers and prepaid a week in advance for pick up on Mother's Day. He asked for designers choice, approximately $75-80, no roses. The shop wouldn't guarantee a pick up time in advance, instead telling my husband "It's Mother's Day, we'll call you." When they didn't call by noon, my husband called to see when he could pick up his order. What he picked up does not look like any $75-80 arrangement I've ever seen. When I called the shop to tell them that we were unhappy with spending so much for so little, they told me that my husband didn't have a problem with the arrangement when he picked it up, their designers work very hard, and they didn't appreciate my being unhappy with their product, which seems like an odd response for a customer-service based business. They tried to justify the cost by asking me how many of different kinds of flowers were in the arrangement and telling me what each flower costs per stem and repeatedly asked how many roses (zero, btw). They also seemed to have me confused with another customer who had an issue, but then told me that I was the only customer complaining about their work. They mentioned that it's a nation-wide flower shortage and they didn't have any other flowers and wouldn't have more until late next week. In my opinion, they knew they already had the money (since my husband prepaid) and didn't have the flowers to fill the order on a very busy day, but, instead of being honest, sent this arrangement out the door and hoped we wouldn't have a problem with their dishonesty. They have a no refund policy so wouldn't return my husband's money (I even offered to return the arrangement so they could resell it), but are supposed to remake the arrangement next weekend. I will update this review if their second attempt is better than this one. I'm not holding my breath. Otherwise, buyer beware!
