Beautiful arrangement that looked better than the display on the website! I made an error on the delivery area but the owner did not hesitate to fulfill the order and have it delivered. Her kindness was, and is, much appreciated - as are the skills of a florist. The colors were "happy colors" and my friend said "I wish you could smell my kitchen it smells SO good!" These folks are the best ! Ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital and they very quickly (next morning) delivered a beautiful arrangement. Above and beyond, when they were informed that that floor cannot have flowers (allergies, breathing issues, etc.), they took the time to call me and let me know, so that a family member can pick them up. I purchased the Emerald Garden basket plant for a new home gift. it was $52.95 with tax and delivery came to $70. What they delivered was a small dish garden in a pot that fit in the palm of a hand. i emailed and called not happy as it wasn't what I ordered. Finally got a call back a day or so later from Kim. She said they only get what the wholesaler sends them. I said then why advertise a beautiful dish garden in a basket if you're not going to be able to provide that? It's false advertising. She blew it off said each has 4 plants and you got 4 plants but no basket cause it came in a pot. I again said that's not what I ordered, no care at all. No refund, no corrections, just deal with it. read more

I went here to try to purchase my girlfriend flowers the afternoon before Valentines Day. I arrived about 30 minutes after they said that they were closed on their website. There were about 2-3 people still in the shop and the open sign was showing. The door was locked and they rejected me. Very poor customer service. read more

I ordered a wonderful bunch for my lovely lady's birthday. They came around 5.45 for delivery, and the quality was great i heard! Very high remarks from my love and her family! I just received the most gorgeous bouquet for Valentine's Day delivered to my work. It's stunning! My boyfriend decided to use a local florist rather than 1-800 Flowers or something similar and I'm so glad he found Ramelle's. Hydrangeas and peonies are two of my absolute favorite flowers and these are beautiful. Apparently peonies are a bit hard to find in this area so I'm so happy they're in this bouquet. They're delicate and such a pretty pastel pink. The eucalyptus smells amazing, too! This florist did a great job and we will be sure to use them in the future. read more

Ordered the "Pure Happiness" bouquet via their online portal a day or two before it needed to be delivered. They were delivered as ordered and looked absolutely beautiful, and my fiancée has a green thumb and was genuinely impressed. They also held their looks for 4 days before even starting to fade, and we've had them for a week and they still look good though time is beginning to catch up. My artist friends were having the grand opening of their new gallery on Tybee. I'm in CA now and couldn't help them celebrate in person so I wanted to have flowers delivered for the occasion. I chose Ramelle's rather than an impersonal 1-800-flowers type of site, hopefully to get good local service. I used their website's online ordering and received an emailed order confirmation, but when my friends said the tulips never showed up I called Ramelle's the next day. Instead of trying to right the situation, the person I spoke with blamed it on the ordering system that must have gotten jammed and said flowers couldn't be delivered that day either. I understand mistakes happen, but I also know that smart businesses try to come up with good solutions. I'm very disappointed. read more

I live in Florida but a good amount of family lives in Savannah. I always order with this florist and have never been disappointed. I recently ordered a deluxe arrangement which appeared online as a very nice size. When my MIL received them on her birthday she sent a picture of them to me to thank me for them. I was a bit shocked to see the size of them. It was a very small arrangement and the flowers looked dehydrated. My MIL said that they looked dried out when she received them. I always send her flowers for Mother's Day and her birthday and the arrangements are always very full and lovely. I must say that I'm very disappointed this time. read more

I needed a spread for my father's casket. I googled florists and found Ramelle's. When we arrived they were closed. They close early on Wednesdays. Despite being closed,Nancy let us in and was very helpful. I looked through books and got an idea of what I wanted. She called the designer (hate I can't remember his name- he reads lips) and I explained what I wanted and he assured me that it would be nice. He was right! My family was so pleased. I ordered $130 flower arrangement for my mother's 90th birthday. There was choice of small, med, large and I chose large. I arrived at my Mom's house and saw this chincy arrangement that looks like $45. I left a message for the florist and she called back and left me a message defending her cheap flowers. Her explanation was that I ordered a 4" cube of something or other packed with roses and whatnot. The description didn't say, dinky 4" cube of overpriced flowers. I would normally call back, but given she thinks what was sent is worth $130, I don't want to argue with her. I measured and it's on average less than 12" tall and wide. I've had it with rip-off florists. I'm just going to publix and at least I can see what I'm getting for my money. I'm editing this review making it 2 star instead of 1. My sister in law said that even though it's a small arrangement, there are roses which are more expensive. I am ok with that logic, but I have bought many bouquets of flowers in my 63 years and this is not worth the money. I'm going to leave it at that. read more

I wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to my wonderful mother who had to undergo open heart surgery in Savannah. I live in Boise, Idaho and and Ramelle's made this extremely easy to do on a Saturday night online. My mother was being moved to a new recovery room and Nanci and the people working at the this florist responded to my email early Monday morning and easily accommodated my change for room number. Ramelle's is not a fancy shop with lots of money spent on their store front or advertising, but they do a really nice job and will text photos of their work before they send it out. I recently ordered a beautiful casket spray and wanted something other than the typical blanket of roses. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to create something special and personal. They seemed to appreciate that I wasn't just ordering out of the book of pictures. I called Ramelle's on a recent Saturday to have flowers delivered same day to my uncle in Savannah who was having an important birthday. This was immediately after tropical storm Hermine had passed through the region, my uncle lives right by the beach. They had lost power during the storm and were unreachable via their landline.
