Beautiful arrangement that looked better than the display on the website! I made an error on the delivery area but the owner did not hesitate to fulfill the order and have it delivered. Her kindness was, and is, much appreciated - as are the skills of a florist. The colors were "happy colors" and my friend said "I wish you could smell my kitchen it smells SO good!" The arrangement brought a smile to her face so I cannot thank you enough!! I hope to make friends in Savannah so I can order again, lol! read more

I needed sympathy flowers sent on short notice TWICE last week, and they jumped right on it, even calling to make sure what they had available was satisfactory. Arrangements were beautiful and reasonable. Definitely my new go-to florist in Savannah. LOCAL florist! read more

I ordered myself flowers on Friday (always a risky day!). They arrived about noon Saturday and they were gorgeous. Fresh, almost exactly as pictured. They are as fresh three days later as they were on Saturday. Total satisfaction! Others I received the same day from another source are dead in 3 days. GREAT JOB. read more

These folks are the best ! Ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital and they very quickly (next morning) delivered a beautiful arrangement. Above and beyond, when they were informed that that floor cannot have flowers (allergies, breathing issues, etc.), they took the time to call me and let me know, so that a family member can pick them up. They made sure the card was delivered to the friend. Very pleased with Ramelle's !! read more

1:50 pm Friday , I show up to get a small bouquet of flowers. I didn't know their closing time. I wasn't looking for anything complicated. I was told they were closing in 5 minutes. They were more interested in closing up shop than getting a new customer. And no parking. read more

I purchased the Emerald Garden basket plant for a new home gift. it was $52.95 with tax and delivery came to $70. What they delivered was a small dish garden in a pot that fit in the palm of a hand. i emailed and called not happy as it wasn't what I ordered. Finally got a call back a day or so later from Kim. She said they only get what the wholesaler sends them. I said then why advertise a beautiful dish garden in a basket if you're not going to be able to provide that? It's false advertising. She blew it off said each has 4 plants and you got 4 plants but no basket cause it came in a pot. I again said that's not what I ordered, no care at all. No refund, no corrections, just deal with it. read more

I went here to try to purchase my girlfriend flowers the afternoon before Valentines Day. I arrived about 30 minutes after they said that they were closed on their website. There were about 2-3 people still in the shop and the open sign was showing. The door was locked and they rejected me. Very poor customer service. read more

I got flowers for Valentine's Day today from my boyfriend and the arrangement was made very simple and cheap from what he paid for it. No thought was put into it by the florist. read more

I ordered a wonderful bunch for my lovely lady's birthday. They came around 5.45 for delivery, and the quality was great i heard! Very high remarks from my love and her family! Some flowers had yet to come into bloom, which i thought was a nice thing to do as it provides a surprise later down the road. A nice vase was also included! Ramelle's deserves high remarks, and you wont be disappointed. Cant wait to order some more! Support local business! read more

I just received the most gorgeous bouquet for Valentine's Day delivered to my work. It's stunning! My boyfriend decided to use a local florist rather than 1-800 Flowers or something similar and I'm so glad he found Ramelle's. Hydrangeas and peonies are two of my absolute favorite flowers and these are beautiful. Apparently peonies are a bit hard to find in this area so I'm so happy they're in this bouquet. They're delicate and such a pretty pastel pink. The eucalyptus smells amazing, too! This florist did a great job and we will be sure to use them in the future. read more

Wow! Used their website to send my GF some surprise birthday flowers. Ordered online THE NIGHT BEFORE the scheduled delivery date, and crossed my fingers. Will they look as good in the website photo as in real life? Would they be delivered on-time for her birthday? Ramelle's Florist did not disappoint us at all! She absolutely loved them, they looked beautiful as colorful as in the picture online. The carrier did call me for help because the address was hard to find, a few seconds later he found it. I really liked this florist's quality and service, and glad to post this 5-star review! read more

Ramelle's Florist - Picture of the flowers they delivered. So beautiful & colorful! - Florists Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

Ordered the "Pure Happiness" bouquet via their online portal a day or two before it needed to be delivered. They were delivered as ordered and looked absolutely beautiful, and my fiancée has a green thumb and was genuinely impressed. They also held their looks for 4 days before even starting to fade, and we've had them for a week and they still look good though time is beginning to catch up. Still, a solid week is about all you can ask for from a bouquet. Highly recommend. read more

I live in Florida but a good amount of family lives in Savannah. I always order with this florist and have never been disappointed. I recently ordered a deluxe arrangement which appeared online as a very nice size. When my MIL received them on her birthday she sent a picture of them to me to thank me for them. I was a bit shocked to see the size of them. It was a very small arrangement and the flowers looked dehydrated. My MIL said that they looked dried out when she received them. I always send her flowers for Mother's Day and her birthday and the arrangements are always very full and lovely. I must say that I'm very disappointed this time. read more

My artist friends were having the grand opening of their new gallery on Tybee. I'm in CA now and couldn't help them celebrate in person so I wanted to have flowers delivered for the occasion. I chose Ramelle's rather than an impersonal 1-800-flowers type of site, hopefully to get good local service. I used their website's online ordering and received an emailed order confirmation, but when my friends said the tulips never showed up I called Ramelle's the next day. Instead of trying to right the situation, the person I spoke with blamed it on the ordering system that must have gotten jammed and said flowers couldn't be delivered that day either. I understand mistakes happen, but I also know that smart businesses try to come up with good solutions. I'm very disappointed. read more

I needed a spread for my father's casket. I googled florists and found Ramelle's. When we arrived they were closed. They close early on Wednesdays. Despite being closed,Nancy let us in and was very helpful. I looked through books and got an idea of what I wanted. She called the designer (hate I can't remember his name- he reads lips) and I explained what I wanted and he assured me that it would be nice. He was right! My family was so pleased. It was beautiful! I highly recommend Ramelle's for any floral needs. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. read more

I ordered $130 flower arrangement for my mother's 90th birthday. There was choice of small, med, large and I chose large. I arrived at my Mom's house and saw this chincy arrangement that looks like $45. I left a message for the florist and she called back and left me a message defending her cheap flowers. Her explanation was that I ordered a 4" cube of something or other packed with roses and whatnot. The description didn't say, dinky 4" cube of overpriced flowers. I would normally call back, but given she thinks what was sent is worth $130, I don't want to argue with her. I measured and it's on average less than 12" tall and wide. I've had it with rip-off florists. I'm just going to publix and at least I can see what I'm getting for my money. I'm editing this review making it 2 star instead of 1. My sister in law said that even though it's a small arrangement, there are roses which are more expensive. I am ok with that logic, but I have bought many bouquets of flowers in my 63 years and this is not worth the money. I'm going to leave it at that. read more

I needed a rush order sent and they more than accommodated! Beautiful arrangement and even more exceptional customer service.

I wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to my wonderful mother who had to undergo open heart surgery in Savannah. I live in Boise, Idaho and and Ramelle's made this extremely easy to do on a Saturday night online. My mother was being moved to a new recovery room and Nanci and the people working at the this florist responded to my email early Monday morning and easily accommodated my change for room number. My mother is now recovering very well and the absolutely beautiful arrangement of flowers had her all in tears and smiles! The flowers helped her feel better! Thank you so much Ramelle's! read more

Nancy is always quick to pick up the phone to help, pleasant, informative, and I know that the arrangements she or the Ramelle's team put together are lovely and long-lasting. Ramelle's is not a fancy shop with lots of money spent on their store front or advertising, but they do a really nice job and will text photos of their work before they send it out. I recently ordered a beautiful casket spray and wanted something other than the typical blanket of roses. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to create something special and personal. They seemed to appreciate that I wasn't just ordering out of the book of pictures. I have had so many compliments about the flowers they provided. read more

I called Ramelle's on a recent Saturday to have flowers delivered same day to my uncle in Savannah who was having an important birthday. This was immediately after tropical storm Hermine had passed through the region, my uncle lives right by the beach. They had lost power during the storm and were unreachable via their landline. I was calling from New York and had no idea whether weather and road conditions would permit a delivery to their address. Nanci took my call, helped me pick out the flowers and assured me the delivery would happen on schedule. I later heard from my uncle that the flowers were indeed received that day and were quite lovely. I am glad to know a florist in Savannah that I can truly count on! read more

Wife started a new job this week and I wanted to send her a plant for her desk. I chose Ramelle's cuz they opened at 9 am and I wanted to pick something out. They were happy to help and glad I was there, even with deliveries coming in and other things going on. Helped me find a small plant which they delivered within the hour. Wife loved it! I'm so glad I went this route because I'm pretty sure it would have taken me longer to do this online. Plus I got to meet some new people I know I can trust in a town we just moved to. Ramelle's did my flowers for my intimate wedding at the Mansion on Forsyth on 8/4/12. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we had spoken about.
