They are a above beyond service company, and when our insurance failed to provide us with a tow they gladly took great care of us. The driver Joey was amazing to my wife, my service dog, and myself, and that's a understatement in my opinion. They arrived fast, they tried several different things to get it back on the road, and they towed us into the dealership and dropped us off at the hotel. And for the low costs at midnight on a Monday night, they're definitely worth using. 10+ stars for their speed, courtesy, and amazing recommendations for a great place to stay.

Luckily she got off the next exit and got to a small hotel in Alamont, IL. She called me frantic and we found Interstate 70 Towing on Google! I called them up, around midnight. Richard answered. I told him what happened and he asked if she was at a safe place for the night! How thoughtful! I said yes, and he told me to email him all the info and he would send a truck to get her and the vehicle and get her to Effingham to their new facility to see what they could do! I don't know if this is why, but he sent his sweet wife in the tow truck to get my daughter, and that made such a big difference. She was so scared and had already had a scare with some men following her on the interstate going to Indiana, so she was really on edge. They were wonderful to her, and her phone service didn't have signal there, so I called to check on her and he said she was just fine, visiting with him and his wife, like she was their own! Made my heart feel good and my faith in humanity greatly restored! They had her fixed up and on the road in no time at all! So blessed and thankful for these wonderful people! If we are ever out that way, we will definitely stop by and give some big hugs for making our daughter feel safe and secure so far from home! Thank you again! They charged my card as soon as my son called. Called Monday and asked / complained about, it did no good. Hope you feel good about profiting from a disabled old lady They did nothing when we called on Monday. Now that I'm complaining online and (believe me I am going to post a review on every possible site) they commented on a review saying there must have been a misunderstanding and to please give them a call. The fact that they did nothing but basically say too bad when we called Monday tells you what kind of company they are. The whole charge is still on my card.
