My mother moved into her apartment on April 27th with so many issues to this apartment that the…read moreowner has tried covering up! It's not liveable and we're not getting any answers as to when these issues will fixed! First issue, which is a HUGE issue, is the foundation under the floor has water seeping up through the laminate flooring in the kitchen and living space. When it rains, (which it's april and May so it's goung to rain a lot) the foundation underneath must be horrible because so much water is coming up through the floor. Not like a couple drops, but puddles of water. The owner said he would put a dehumidifier in the apartment and have the "maintenance" guy dig a trench around the building so the water wouldn't drain into the foundation. Onto the next issue... the gutters are poorly arranged so all of the water from the 5 units in the building, all drain down to the end apartment (which is my moms) and they don't have the gutters or drainage leading "away" from the building, so the water just sits around the building and soaks into the foundation. The bathroom tub has water leaking and seeping out from where the in meets the floor. My mom has not even taken a shower in the apartment yet because she's afraid water will leak underneath the tub and sit there and get moldy. The lower kitchen cabinets, the wood inside has dry rotted and deteriorated because there's so much water damage underneath. The shower has brown disgusting water dripping down the walls coming out from behind the paneling. The patio has a brick wall around it that is crumbling all around into pieces because again, the water has nowhere to go so overtime, from it getting wet and freezing, has caused the bricks to crumble and break into pieces if you just barely touch it. The partment is a nice looking apartment in a great location with a quiet neighborhood, but somebody shouldn't have to move into an apartment with all of these issues and it's been a week since she moved and no resolution in site. How can an owner of a property building be so lazy and not care about the conditions of the unit and try to paint to cover up water damage and put new laminate flooring in to cover up the foundation leaking? Well I'll tell ya what, being cheap and trying to make a quick fix to make it "look" livable isn't going to cut it. We will make complaints all over the place until we get all of these issues fixed. We'll file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office the BBB and blast this place all over Social media until something is done.

Apartment itself was a good size, but storage space/closets/cabinets are limited. Thin walls and leaky windows and doors. It doesn't help when you have inconsiderate neighbors literally on all sides that leave trash on the sidewalk, play music outside in the middle of the night, have dogs that incessantly bark, or when they cause you have to vacate...One evening I was evacuated by the police department because a neighbor that I shared a wall with became extremely intoxicated and was shooting a firearm off in the apartment. Not only that, but he smashed my car mirror with a bat, and keyed another neighbor's car that night. I spent the remaining 3 hours of my night at my mother's, instead of in the apartment I paid for, car damage wasn't even apologized for, nothing at all was offered to remedy the situation, and the cherry on top was that the neighbor was not evicted until a month later when he got into a fight with another tenant. Last I checked, renting means the luxury of not needing to landscape. Management sent out letters saying they were going to charge residents for overgrown plants. Parking lot was dirty with broken glass and kids are all over throwing things around the cars. There are no outgoing mail receptacles.Trash always overflows into the parking areas. Dog poop everywhere. Sidewalks and parking lot are not salted or lit at night. It took over a month and multiple calls to fix maintenance requests that included my heating/cooling unit and a clogged drain that ended up smelling...not really things you should let sit if you ask me. I've been renting for 6 years now, and this was by far the worst.

The apartments are okay. The neighbors are great and the kids around here have lots of fun together…read morebut the regional manager, S. Townsend, is very rude and has a bad attitude with the residents. It seems that our phone calls to the office are ignored because theres always someone there but no one answers. The maintenance takes forever even when theres something small to fix. If you can handle rude management and lack of maintenance, then I guess this isn't such a bad place.
