Called Dyson first but they were of NO HELP AT ALL (other than to tell that they no longer could carried parts for that model. McCardy Vacuums to the rescue. Spoke with very friendly and helpful fellow named Andrew. He knew what I needed and had it in stock. Explained it was "aftermarket" which came as no surprise to me since Dyson has completely absolved itself of any ĺcustomer responsibility on a vacuum that cost over $600 when purchased a few years ago! No more Dysons for us and would highly recommend McCardy Vacuums. Received the parts today (only 2 days after ordering) and they fit perfectly. Thank you Andrew. Dyson could certainly learn a thing or two about how to treat customers from you. NOTE: (Edit) I am not "Jack B" from San Francisco. I am Jack B but I live in Barrie, Ontario, Canada!!!

The person I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and very helpful. I will be using them whenever I can!

Jackie from Burke Flowers contacted me and was MORE than accommodating with the rescheduling of the delivery. She was even willing to have the flowers delivered on a Sunday, which is usually their day off. I live out of town and she completely took the responsibility of getting the flowers to my friend off my shoulders. I have been talking to friends and family about this customer service for days and figured I should share. Small businesses are where its at :) THANK YOU

I became an aunt for the first time this summer, and I've loved coming to buybuy BABY to purchase…read morethings for my nephew! This store pretty much carries everything newborn babies and toddlers need, from strollers to toys, clothes and accessories. I love how big the store is, and it's very clean and organized. All of the staff wear masks and are polite and helpful. I also appreciate how they clean the check-out area after each transaction. The price tag on some of the products are higher than average, but not by a lot. There's also a clearance rack at the front of the store with really cute baby clothes. Even though the store is big, some areas and aisles are way too small and tight to allow for proper physical distancing. The parking lot outside is spacious. buybuy BABY is definitely a great store, and I'm looking forward to coming back and buying more things for my nephew!

I am by no means inept but I am not entirely familiar with the RC and hobby world. SImple questions are met with terse replies. When I stopped in recently (only because I needed something quick and I was nearby...I've been taking my business to other hobby shops after being treated poorly here twice), I went to inquire about a part and the employee answered the phone while I was in the middle of talking to him and indicated for me to wait. He proceeded to have an in-depth conversation with the customer on the phone, ignoring me completely. There was another employee in the back he could have asked to come help me. I managed to find the part myself and proceeded to wait longer while he talked on the phone and ignored me. Finally the employee from the back came out, noticed me, and I was assisted. It is almost as if the staff here isn't actually interested in having customers....

There are also coupons in the weekly flyer. Check smartcanucks.com for online coupons or coupons that can downloaded to devices. I rarely buy anything here at full price. Sometimes they have good deals on smaller items as you pass through the checkout area such as $1 for a tube of glow necklaces.

Some of my go-to's include: -Rotisserie chicken -Lasagne -Seaweed snacks -Bananas -Sausages -Tiramisu cakes -Baby spinach -Oh, and notebooks Costco pharmacy is arguably the most affordable pharmacy around. The technicians are very busy but they're nice and will pick up the phone even during the busiest hours. The food court is my favourite, but I think it's closed during the pandemic. If you haven't had one of their iconic $1.50 hot dogs yet, definitely give it a try. Their ice cream cones are amazing too. The parking lot is huge but always busy. Washrooms are clean. Staff are nice. Just a warning that this place gets SUPER busy at times, even during the pandemic. Always expect to be near others and long check-out lines are the norm. Happy shopping!

Their health and beauty items (deodorant, feminine products and medicine) is a great deal. Samples are awesome as well but they usually aren't being served when I go (Thursday or Wednesday evenings). Cashiers however are less than friendly and generally don't even greet you. As a customer service employee myself it kind of irks me when I get less than stellar service. The snack bar is also delicious (with mediocre customer service) you can't beat a hot dog and a pop for $2. Their fries are also magical, Costco makes one of the best poutines I have ever had.
