Not only did they get me in right away but also set up notifications based on what was most convenient for me. They kept in touch throughout the time they had my vehicle and informed me that I could get a rental car as well (something I had not been informed of by the other party's insurance company) at no cost to me. When I picked my car up today, not only did they do a fantastic job on the body work of my car (it looks like new!), but they also went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my car and I even noticed they put Rain-X on the windshields. I was floored at the amount of work they put into fixing my car and then at making sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be sending friends their way and will return for any future work I need done, no doubt about it! Kudos for the excellent customer service and quality of work!

Western Moving & Storage did a fantastic job...all three pieces arrived in perfect condition. Funny, because I felt like my movers in Dallas (big reputable company) would be more reliable in moving my household goods. That turned out not to be the case. The small mover in Western NE simply performed admirably. They were on-time and I had no breakage or damage. Very happy with their service and I undoubtedly would use them again if I had to move. They even used carpet runners to keep the carpets clean. They not only moved the furniture in but placed it where you wanted it and even rearranged it if we wanted.
