Incredibly helpful. The rebate program was a little intimidating for us but Dinesh was extremely knowledgeable and made it really easy. He even helped us get additional rebates from Lennox as well as the federal program. The installation went great. The installers were clean, used drop cloths, removed all trash and incredibly respectful so I could work from my home office. The installer set up the new smart thermostat and demonstrated how to use the system and gave us some energy saving tips. When the S30 thermostat they quoted wasn't available on time, they upgraded to the S40 system without additional charge. The price of the system was very competitive. Dinesh registered everything for our Lennox warranty and gave necessary information to the Energy Auditor for the federal rebate program. He even guided us through the SNAP financing program. Can't think of a single negative thing to say about this company.

Stefano came by to evaluate the situation and recommended we only perform work on two sides of our home. Him and his crew came in for a few short days and the work was complete. Purchased all new doors and windows from this company, was very happy with the work. Their…read moreguarantee states that the windows and installation are covered for 25 years. Five years after the install, I noticed the bay window for the living room was leaking water, and there was water damage at the bottom of the windows on the the left side of the installation. The wooden frame at where it seats on the house inside is stained, from water entering through the outside window frame. I checked the caulking on the outside of the window in the area and the caulking has separated approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the edge of the window that is against the house bricks, to a hight more than half the hight of the window frame. I made the effort to inform the installer through their contact page, and have NEVER received a response about the damage do to poor installation.

I tried calling a plumber in to reinstall the sink but he said that I needed to call the cabinetry crew back in to put a hole in the new cabinetry for a new sink.. and the plumber was unable to reconnect the dishwasher because the outlet wasn't accessible. So finally after a huge ordeal and $650 dollars later, there is a new sink and faucet installed and the dishwasher is back in.. however the microwave/fan unit is still disconnected and I need to get in a third contractor to reconnect it but no guarantees at this point. Do yourself a big favour, pay 3K more for a professional crew and save yourself the headache and all of this b.s. I don't understand how such people are still in business.

I picked this place based on the good reviews on google map. It's great that some people have had…read moregood experiences with them but mine was different: Our project was to remove water-damaged flooring and install new double-glued down hardwood in a two-bedroom condo apartment. The contractor they sent to complete the job was horrible. The final flooring that he rushed to deliver has so many bumps, gaps and glue marks everywhere. Of course, I contacted the company to see if the fix them. The owner, Aftab, showed up at our apartment himself. At first, he denied the bumps and glue marks but then agreed to fix one bump only. He left a glue remover and filler for us to remove glue marks and fill the gaps ourselves (how professional!) The area that they fixed became even worse than before. They visited two more times but couldn't make it any better. The last contractor told me that the first installer haven't done a good job leveling the concrete under. As a matter of fact, he had used a scraper to remove the old flooring and damaged the concrete and instead of using a self-lever before installing new flooring, he used cement to patch the damaged spots. Anyhow, we never paid the remaining 10% set aside for satisfaction but the damage to our apartment is well beyond that. We need to re-do the whole thing. I'm going to follow up the case in Ontario's small claim court and I know it is going to take a lot of my time but that's the path I have chosen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, if you can. Or if you want to work with them, ask them to show you our apartment on Bayview and Sheppard (St. Gabriel Village buildings). You're always welcome to my home to see it for yourself.
