We had our hands full with clothing for my sons to try on. We asked them to try it on and they say they couldn't let us try it on because it was full of merchandise. We asked if they would just let them try it on even though we didn't mind and the manager said no. So we had to leave everything because we weren't about to spend hundreds of dollars and not fit it. And he was teaching his employees to sell clothing that we can't try on. Finish line in town square needs to figure out their storage for merchandise because they allowed paying customers to leave and lost revenue & gained a bad review. read more

These are expensive shoes and how can one feel the comfort if you only try one at a time? Never thought I would have to write a review for finish line at town square. But me and my boyfriend truly had the worst experience. We were out looking for shoes for a birthday gift & went to multiple stores before we went to finish line (every other store, the staff was so nice!) but once we got to finish line, the gentlemen was super nice and helpful but the girl that was working (she said her name was Ayanna) was extremely rude. Always had an attitude & at one point , we were literally right behind her as she was fixing the last chance rack & we told her we wanted to take a pair of shoes and she completely ignored us. So I said louder "Hii. Excuse me? We want to take these) she didn't respond to us what so ever. She rolled her eyes , got on the mic and told the guy we wanted the shoes and went back to doing what she continued to do. Because of this interaction, I decided to not get the shoes because I didn't want to spend money at a store with such horrible service. Once my boyfriend was ready to get his shoes , he told her she was ready and she said "ok? Don't know what shoes you have so" and he said "it's the white Nikes" and she completely ignored him and started talking to another staff member about something that happened earlier in the day. (Totally unprofessional. Especially knowing I've been in retail for 10 years) So while she was ringing us up, she had an attitude the entire time, tossing things around. So I asked her what her name was and she got extremely defensive and said her name with an attitude and ask me what mine was. And I said "I hope you have yourself a great rest of your day" and she look at my boyfriend and said "I hope YOU have a great day" When we left, my boyfriend was regretting purchasing anything because of how rude she was (for no reason) Definitely will not recommend that place to anyone. Last week I was looking for a very specific pair of Nike tennis shoes. I called all of the local Nike stores, but they did not have what I was looking for. One of the Nike sales associates mentioned to me that Finish Line might have what I needed. I called this store and they said they could order the sneakers that I wanted. I stopped by on Tuesday evening and the Finish Line sales associate, Gavin, ordered my shoes for me. He took my payment in cash and had the company send me my sneakers with free delivery via UPS. I received them on Thursday afternoon. I got exactly what I was looking for, in less than 48 hours, for under a hundred dollars. read more

Iyana- the "manager" nasty attitude. I come in asking if this is the location for JD Sports as my email has this address. Off the bat... RUDE! Tell me she cant help because she's counting the drawer. A simple pick up order. The order has been paid for. She sends a young guy with dreads to get the order. He comes out and checks my ID. Says I can't pick it up because my son paid for it. I tell her it's my account. She starts getting nasty because I came in before closing although someone else was in store. I ask her make after saying my son will come in. Silence. I ask her literally 5 times when she finally answers "6611" which is the address to town square. I can't believe this type of person works a customer service oriented job. After asking 10x she finally gives me her name, tells me I'm rude for being in the store before closing even though it's not closed. I'll be calling corporate in the am. Iyana you're rude and maybe should get a job with no customers because your customer service is ZERO. Get a desk job for the sake of all of us, trying to get a simple pair of paid for shoes! Came in here to just look around. I saw that NCAA hoodies were on sale 2 for $35. I bought some. (Go Rebels!) The employees were nice and attentive, even offering to help us get sizes from the back without us having to ask. I have not purchased shoes here, but I recommend this store and would go here again. My first review on Yelp. Just recently I travelled for work and stopped by Finish Line. There were a variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories to choose from. The staff was amazing. In particular Martha helped me out. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and offered great customer service. I definitely would go back to this store when I come back to Las Vegas. I went in for running shoes a few months ago and they didn't have my size in 4 different styles... went in for my kids the other day and they didn't have several styles in their sizes either. Went in looking for new running shoes. I was promptly greeted by an employee who was already with a couple so I walked toward the back where there were two employees talking. One walked out, I told him I was looking for new running shoes. He told me I was in the wrong section (I was in the kid's section because I was looking for help...). He sang a song about how I needed to move forward, then started talking to the other customer about how cold it was. I stood looking at nothing, waiting for this person to direct me toward a good pair of running shoes. Two minutes later with no help, we left with no goodbye. Horrible service. I asked the employee that was reading a news paper and never greeted me, if he worked here. He looked at me like I was stupid and said "um? Im wearing a name tag and shirt, does it look I work here?. I've been in customer service for years and retail and this is not how you talk to customers. Worst experience at a finish line. There was at least 6 employees and not one greeted my friend and I. My friend wanted to look at shoes and no one offered to help. She grabbed a shoe off the wall and the manager, who was just sitting on his phone when we walked, in yelled at her across the room and was completely rude. Definitely lost our business. read more

Went in this store the first week of November. Didn't have my size so I elected to have them ship me a pair of shoes to my home. I don't receive mail there but was told that UPS is the delivery company they use. Well for some unknown asinine reason UPS turns the package over to the even worse Post Office people. No shoes would be arriving. I contacted their customer service. Told I would receive a check of $90.00 within 7-10 days at the mail address I gave them. After 3 attempts in getting this done and giving them the correct mailing address I have still not gotten my $90.00. It is now the first week of January and I have sent yet another email to these stupid people. This time I gave them a drop dead date and a ultimatum of small claims court if no check is received. They can pay for the court costs on top of the refund now. I will just have someone serve the manager of this sorry store. I don't know what it is about companies in Las Vegas but I'm tired of getting the "we don't have that in stock" line. Based on other comments about this place I would avoid them like the plague. I think they hire the most stupidest people walking the face of this earth. Not to mention the lying part of this mess. This will probably be another business that goes belly up in 2017.
