Everyone is very friendly. Full Pallet = $100. 1/2 Pallet = $60. This price beats the bundles I've been getting from the grocery stores. I purchased a full pallet (loaded quickly on my truck) & I ended up sharing much of it with friends. The oak wood burned nicely -VERY HOT & LONG! If I were picky, I'd have 2 gripes: * Firewood is ~19" long (My wood burning stove is 18" inside -so I had to cut some or insert diagonally -not ideal). * Their office is open for firewood pickup only M-F until 04:00pm & they tell me that they no longer deliver. But I was able to sneak away from work to pickup & the wood is great! (My friends think so too!)

Second quote was a professional company that markets either by the Val-park or monthly coupon magazine (can't remember which) and their guy said the tree was just too big and needed to come down. They offered a price for trimming and haul away, but it was $1000 more than woodland. The comparably higher price and convincing story about cutting the tree down caused me to pause and have a follow up call with JD. He was pretty patient walking through his logic which started with, "it's a healthy tree with zero evidence of infestation of rot". He then explained how there was a need for a lot of 'cleaning out' of the canopy where main branches grew secondary limbs that had more growth and then dozens of smaller branches. "Air can't flow through, and that's what we'll do". The quote was well done, they arrived on time when promised, and cleaned up very well.

They did not like the quote on 900$ from my irrigation company to come dig and replace the power line and they have yet to come fix it themselves. I reached out on June 2 to let them know and they still haven't been out to fix it. He also argued with me that his guys didn't hit the power line. I know they did. They dug all my yard up to sod. It's been a lot of me trying to chase them down to fix what they broke.Im still waiting today and keep getting "we are too busy"- when you break something you should make it a priority to fix it... so now I'm out 900$ to fix the irrigation power line they hit bc they won't get it handled in a timely manner and I need my irrigation up and running.

I have had two locations on my home that would leak during storms, one was a gable wall and the other a small windowsill in a valley on my roof, I have struggled for years to get someone to find the cause and to no avail. So, after our last snowstorm when the snow started melting, I got leaking again in the roof valley when the snow started to melt, frustrated I called Madewell masonry I explained the problem and Dave came out to assess, he found the grout on the small windowsill was negligible which allowed the melting water to drip inside my home. Thanks to Madewell the team fixed My leak as well as my gable wall crack and sealed the bricks. They are very professional, courteous and meticululous, they cleaned up everything.
