Unfortunately, I called weeks ago several times to ask about cutting down those same trees and got a call back today, three weeks later! The person calling was rude and disrespectful. I was attempting to voice my concerns about the foundation issues when cutting down a tree very close to the house. She spoke harshly stating, " I'm going to hang up because you want let me speak!" I apologized stating I was just trying to explain what I needed and why. She hung up in my face! I called other companies today and they were outstanding. Haley with Davy Trees was so nice and helpful. She listen to my concerns and worked with me and so did Jeff's Tree Service. Both were PROS! Arbor M.D. just didn't measure up on both occasions dealing with them! I will NEVER use them!

But they were flexible and worked around my schedule, changing the date at my request. They made multiple trips out to make sure the service was completed. They were so kind as well! Going above and beyond what I would expect from a service like this. As an example, we had some colored marbles that we had laid out for my 2-year-old son to play with. Stumpty Dumpty took the time to collect about 150 marbles before dumping mulch, JUST IN CASE we wanted them! So kind, so thoughtful, so nice. My only regret is that I don't have more business to send their way. So take this review to heart; these are good people and they will treat you right. Oh, and their name is awesome!

And maybe blew around a leaf or two. In the end I fired them because I was on a once a month plan and they on their own started sneaking in two a month and direct billing my cc. Took me a couple months to realize what they were doing. If they were good it would have been ok. But they never lived up to any expectation. All I wanted was them to trim 20 or so bushes once a month. In the end that was just too difficult of a problem. I don't recommend these guys. There are too many other choices. Good luck!
