The other guys: "This looks bad, it's an old tree, and we'll have to do a lot of difficult work. It'll take a day, maybe two. (Thinks some more.) And to reach those limbs over your house, we'll need to bring in a cherry picker. That's gonna cost a lot." Gives me a quote that's almost a third of the cost to remove the tree. Diego's: "Sure, we can do this! What do you want done? (Makes sensible recommendations and says, matter of factly:) We can do it tomorrow and will bring in a cherry picker. We don't want to damage your lawn, so are you ok with us putting plywood down to protect it?" Gives me a quote that's hundreds of dollars lower. They arrived on schedule and did the job within a day, leaving the yard in good condition and taking the cut wood with them. Tech comes out and glances at them and says "it will cost $100 to $125 each to treat", but would not guarantee the work (understood). I asked him some information about a couple of other palm trees we have, and he wasn't certain which palms they were!!! We were charged $75 for information about the bagworms we already knew, and he wasn't certain exactly what treatments they would use! I would not recommend this company at all! If I could rate them less than 1 Star, I would.
