After two months of excuses I requested my deposit back and I got another company to cut down the tree. Dana Fowler stated twice she sent the deposit back via certified mail and it never arrived and she would never give me the certified mail number. Today she stated she would return the deposit in person. Needless to say she never showed up although she stated in text and on the phone she was one the way.
