As we were preparing to leave, another customer overheard my friend say, "Let's go to a store where our money is appreciated." The experience was extremely disappointing. Every customer who enters a store should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the staff believes they will make a purchase. I'd already driven there three separate times--once to see the couch, once to pay, and once again to cancel. Most stores would offer some sort of discount or at least acknowledge the inconvenience and the miscommunication. Not here. I asked if they would honor the Black Friday price since the tag was there (as Black Friday tags were still on MANY pieces). They would not.
