She walked us through and showed us many options that aligned with what we were looking for. I can say all of the options were of good quality. I loved the different features each selection had. We were looking to replace our den furniture. We went with the one that was darker in color (we have a 1 year old, we can't go to light yet). It is beautiful. It reclines, the headrest adjusts to your head height, the cup holder lights up, and the sofa lets down in the middle and has charging stations, and more. She also gave us information on the financing options. Once we closed out the purchase, she then begin to explain the delivery process. The delivery men were super professional. They communicated the entire day via text and phone call. Very smooth process. This was my first time shopping at Rooms to Go and I loved it!

While I can appreciate this, I think the threshold should be lower say $50. Why not empower your employees to give 10% off on items less than $100 if that's your threshold? All I wanted was a $10 price reduction. There were workers standing around cooling their heels and shooting the breeze who could have called the seller. And we ended up spending over $500 before we left. What about that? You're welcome Quantum Antique Gallery. Second, I was asked to bring my cart back to the porch from my car. Really? You want me to do a favor for you, but you won't make a simple phone call for me? Who's the customer here? Third, there was confusion at the desk about which items were ours. Not a big deal in and of itself, but given numbers one and two, number three completes the poor customer service picture.

She's running a business, and should treat any potential customers politely and with respect. Do not do business with this lady. I called to see if she would be interested in doing business with me, as I have several items that I would like to put on consignment. Before I could even tell her the details of my items, she quickly responded with "I'm not interested in anything you have." She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I'm an understanding person, and I get it if business is not good right now, but there's a right and wrong way to speak to people. In my opinion, she is not very good with customer service.

I'm not sure how any of this works really. I just walk around with my wife and agree with her judgement on things. I make sounds and stuff. She comes here a lot without me too I think. She buys things for the kids all of the time. Recently, she found a dresser here for my Grands nursery. She told my kid about it and kid came to check it out and it was gone. Kid found it at another place like this in Collierville for like $250 more than it was here. The exact same one! Crazy thing is.... They bought it! After the customer left the employee asked me if I had a mask. I said yes and she told me that according to the mandate I needed to put it on. I told her that the other customer didn't have on a mask. She said "well I know her and she took it off to walk out" which was an untrue statement. I'm tired of the hypocrisy of employees telling me what to do when their "friends" don't have to abide by the same rules.

In the past I have shopped there. Not often, Hence why I had not done a review. I remember this place when my mom that is no longer here used to take me in there and my wife comes here to shop for props. I've always liked the layout it feels like a home, not a store. BUT, after yesterday this store has lost my business and a few other clients that have stated they are not shopping there anymore. 8 that used to shop there from our local game and a few that have had interest in going in the store. Why do you get one star. Well I don't care that you might look at me and I don't look white or that I don't cruise around with the golden girls. Or that I got out of bed grabbed a t-shirt and my dog and went out the door. When someone comes in to try and talk to you. A customer that used to shop here. To assist you on removing a location google added, that brought attention to this store in a public game. Yet when I talked to you, you we're cold and short on all your responses. What got to me, Is when I got in line and you addressed me first by asking "can I help you?" I came in to give you my information in case you wanted help removing this location from google/ingress game. You said it should be illegal for a game that uses free/advertising to have your location on there. When friends and I stop at this location while playing we stay for maybe 5-8 min max. I know of three of us have come in and bought something from Past and Present in the last two months. Out of all of this what hurt the most was: "I am with a customer right now, wait out side, I will be with you" madam I am not a dog.
