He would have been done in two days if it wasn't for the rain. He got a few posts put in that first day, but the rain was too heavy to set the corner posts in concrete. When he was done, he cleaned up very thoroughly, including the dirt he removed for the posts. We have quite a slope across the yard, and the fence follows the contour perfectly. Steve is very friendly and personable, easy to work with, and he even took the time to watch our dog enjoy the freedom of a fenced yard for the first time in his life. Just be sure to read and understand the contract before signing. We didn't, and that's on us. The contract stated 2 to 4 week completion for our fence. In our case, Northland came out on Dec 10th and removed our old fencing, set some of the new posts, then left by noon. They returned on Dec 26th to finish the remaining posts. They returned on Jan 6th and installed the fence. All of the crews were polite and respectful. Our project was completed 3 weeks and 6 days after they began. Our problem was that our dog couldn't use the yard and the deer - the reason that we needed the fence - invaded and ate our new $$$ landscaping. There's a reason that a competitor advertises that they use the same crew for the entire process, and get it done in a day or two. If we could go back, we'd have made a different choice.
