Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

After posting an initial bad review about a rogue real estate agent Jonathan Carrilles (under this…read morebrokerage) who was scamming people on Airbnb, I was contacted by both Brian McBride and his marketing manager. They both expressed genuine remorse and disappointment for the actions of the agent who worked for them. Brian informed me that he immediately terminated Jonathan Carrilles when he found out what happened, and has notified the appropriate licensing agencies. He has been actively working with the scammed homeowner and through my previous review we are able to identify another person Jonathan Carrilles scammed as well. When you're the owner of a company it's important to deal immediately, honestly and directly when something bad happens. Brian did this and I believe he is a man of high character and integrity. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

From the first minute we met it wa an amazing expierence. I have never met a more caring, respectful, confident , motivating, and enerjectic person in my life! From the first minute he entered the house all he did was talk about what a great house it was. He pointed out very important facts that the prior agent had missed. On the following day he was there making a professional video with classic music and highlighting all the great points to our property. The house was relisted 3 days after changing over to Eric and it was amazing, the first weekend we had 3 offers for $10,000 over the price the other agent had listed the house at. Eric does not seem to believe in answering machines or voice mails. No matter when I called I was able to speak with him personally. That alone was unbelivable in this day and age. Eric was always very confident and reassuring we had no worries that our house would sell! Well yesterday we signed our portion of the paperwork. THE HOUSE SOLD JUST LIKE HE SAID IT WOULD!!
