He directed me to this place where the bartender was great, the back patio was good dog friendly, and the candied bacon BLT (add cheddar) contained the best candied bacon I have ever had. It was delicious! The unsweet tea actually tasted fresh brewed, not over stewed, and was refreshing. I will definitely make the short detour any time I travel up or down the 71 during their open hours.

Piled on top of the steak (thick and cooked to my spec) with horseradish sauce. That was milder than I expected, and I did add hot sauce (they brought a couple to the table.) Also home fries, again very good. We had reservations for each visit, but they didn't seem packed, just mostly full. Prices, outside of the comps, are pretty reasonable for the quantity and quality.
