I called them when it happened and they assured me that next season I would get my tree for feee. When I came back this season, without hesitation, they gave me a free tree to make it right. No hassle, no attitude--just good business. Jordan himself made the whole thing effortless. He was kind, helpful, and genuinely understanding. Great trees, great people, and customer service that actually means something.. Plus, the adorable friendly cats roaming around the tree lot being a smile to my face every time.
