Prices are fair and affordable, which is so refreshing amidst the overcharging of big corporations. I appreciate this especially as a college student on a budget. I visit them frequently, too. :) I'm so excited for the opportunities that their relocation and expansion will bring; I can't wait to swing by the animal corner at the front once it's been developed!

Fun dishes, kitchen implements, groovy clothes, hats, random bits of hardware, and who even knows WHAT you'll find. Sometimes I just have to leave things I want because I already have enough stuff. Their revenue goes to the local Humane Society and provides over a quarter of the Humane Society's annual budget. That's huge. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I was looking for a nightstand and found one I loved, along with a farm bench I was not currently shopping for, by the same vendor. Though both were very reasonably priced, it was a little more than I had planned to spend this day. I asked the owner if she would see if the vendor might consider a bundle discount. She was very sweet and quick to consider and follow through with my request. The vendor also quickly offered a discount for which I was extremely grateful. During this chat I had measured and was sad to figure out the bench would be too big. I happily took the nightstand and meanwhile the owner followed up with the vendor and me to hook me up with a brand new bench the vendor had been working on that was exactly the size I needed. The owner stayed in prompt and consistent touch with me, and I now have a bench that I adore, perfect size, and the store and vendor still honored the initial discussed discount without my asking again. I have always found adorable, unique, special pieces and decor at great prices. Please give this store your business and bring your friends, you'll be as happy as me!

As many of you know, furniture is a long-term investment, and the shopping experience should come with attentive, knowledgeable staff who help guide you through that process. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt more observed than welcomed. One employee made eye contact and immediately turned away, and as we continued browsing--essentially left to "prospect" on our own--there was little effort to engage or assist us. On our way out, another staff member offered a brief hello but never followed up to ask if we needed help. When you're making a significant purchase like furniture, customer service matters just as much as the product. Sadly, this visit left us feeling overlooked rather than valued. We later found our couch at another location and will receive it in 30 to 60 days due to the customization we requested. We are happy to have found a place that truly understood what we were looking for our home.
