They are working on the bathrooms right now, which were pretty horrible before honestly. This place used to be low key place that some shady stuff seem to happen at. Now it is brighter inside. They have repainted Broncos colors. Adding giant TVs to watch sports. They do have dart and pool leagues regularly. The food has also gotten better. They have taco Tuesday $ beef or chicken tacos. I can vouch that both are really good. They also do wing Wednesday among other good looking dishes. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. Female bartender on Friday (6/12/26) charged my card for 2 drinks when I only had one. She called last call and proceeded to serve multiple customers. When asked for, what WOULD have been my 2nd drink, I was denied. Was at this establishment for almost an hour and barely/rarely approached - and they were not busy or overwhelmed in anyway. Business should issue an apology and a refund. And that bartender should be retrained or fired. If you appreciate your time and money I'd stay away from this place. read more

Greeted while we walked in by the RUDEST bartender Sammie. It was 6:30 pm and she told us she was closed. Thankfully, Mo the kitchen manager came out and was friendly. He welcomed us in and asked us if we would like to have a drink considering there were 4 ppl sitting at the bar. Sammie was disrespectful and ride the whole time she was making our drinks. It is, what it is. Its a pool hall...with dart boards...and a small dance floor. No frills. I like the place, and I like throwing darts and playing pool in a bar that serves beer and shots. If you like that, this place may be worth a look, but there are issues. I do like to have food with drinks, unfortunately I have been here when there was no cook (and the food is slightly better than typical bar fare so...). Usually this is a deal breaker for me, but the service is excellent. The bartenders are attentive, and the dart boards are free. They have a lot of pool tables if that's your thing, and the pool players seem happy with the tables. The bar is a sunken bar, which is not my favorite style and can get akward if the bar stools are filled and you have to stand to get a drink from the bartender, or sign for your tab. On nights there is music, IT IS LOUD, but the dance floor is pretty full. Long story short (or long) this is a good place for booze, pool, darts, and if you are lucky, food. If you want anything else (seriously, anything else) you might be disappointed. read more

I typically go there for a pitcher and to play darts. They have a great dart area and the house darts are decent (they aren't bent and have all their flights). I was invited here for karaoke recently and figured why not? I'll check them out. What a mistake. First things first, the karaoke. What an absolutely horrible set up. They still use CDs. Seriously? Are we in the 90s? Now not only do they use CDs, but they had two people hosting. One to work the computer to find the song and put the CD in, and another to do the announcing. There were only 7 people singing. Highly unnecessary. Plus, when I went to tell the person what I wanted to sing, I was told by the announcer to tell HER so she could tell the person who was running the computer....only to be told to tell her when I went up to sing. Pointless. The song selection is garbage. The beer was cheap, I vaguely remember getting a fat tire here but the service was horrible. They do have a bunch of pool tables if that's your thing, and advertisements for strippers in the restroom. Add that to the punching bag machine they have and you have a truly classy joint. (I hope you can hear the sarcasm in that) The more bars in Aurora I go to, the more I realize I need to stay out of Aurora. This is another prime example of what NOT to do for your karaoke night. read more

I've gone to this bar a few times, but I don't ever plan on going back. Everytime I've gone my boyfriend and I have been searched for weapons. That tells me right there the sort of crowd that hangs out there, and I don't want to be a part of that crowd. I'm a martini-drinking book-reading Denverite who is stuck in Aurora. This bar has TONS of pool tables, so if you are into that, this is probably a great place for that. Oh, and they also have tried to charge me a cover charge before. Seriously? Meh. Unruly crowd on the weekends on the dance floor make it nearly impossible to get anywhere in the bar. The pool locations aren't bad but the crowds, again, aren't properly controlled. Just gets too rowdy too quick, and the waitresses really don't seem to care about anyone. The food...well, we couldn't get any, because of those waitresses. Go figure. My friends are in a league in this place and that's the only reason I'd want to visit. Doesn't seem like anyone else cares otherwise. read more

Been here a couple times and not really impressed. Mostly I just sit back and watch this trainwreck while enjoying a cheap draft beer. Lots of pool tables, league play and sometimes tourney's. They have this square of floor that is for dancing, the bar is sunken down and awkward when standing up to try and order. Service is meh. Not ever going to be my first choice when I am in the 'hood. read more

Well, three times this place has disappointed. Why? Service. We go to play darts. It is probably mostly known for the pool hall aspect, and that is the bulk of their clientele, it seems. We were just plain ignored twice and the third time we were ignored until we finally made eye contact with a server and she finally came over to see if we'd been helped. We asked for an order of fried mushrooms. Oddly, the reason we were declined is because she said they were out of FLOUR. FLOUR? Ok. Fine. So we ordered nachos and a few beers. The nacho cheese and beef was very, very salty. Edible, but boy we needed the beers to cut thru the salt. Back to the service...we felt like we were an inconvenience to serve. So, while we may return to play darts or pool, we'll not go hungry at all and we'll plan to get our own beverages. Disappointing. read more

Each to his own. I have been their at night and mostly in the day to play pool. I really like this bar. It is not a sissy bar. It is a regular old style bar just like it should be. Not real busy during the day. Lots of open tables that play well. Night is pretty busy, Friday and Saturday especially. Live music if I remember right. I have the unfortunate chore of playing pool here with my league. Took 45 minutes to deliver my cold fries, didn't tell me they would charge for ranch. After waiting another 45 minutes for my check, I approached the bar. I was told I would have to wait to pay until the server got back from her trip to 7-11. All the costomers are friendly, they have lots of Tvs to watch sports and they have direct tv football package for all the games. I've watched football at a lot of bars and this was the best. We came here on a Friday night spent 200 on drinks there was a tournament going on. Waited until it was over and asked if we could use a table and it was ok with the guy at the front door. Had the table for an hour while people were giving is dirty looks. We were playing for an hour and were paying quarters for the table when a girl came and started shooting our balls. Then she started saying it was league tables there were NO signs posted while we couldnt play. Apparently the guy next to us who was playing and was an employee and did not say anything about it not being an available table. When I confronted the girl about shooting on our table she said the table was reserved for league only.. we get kicked out at 1:30am because it was a league table we were playing on. This is my first ti.e coming to this place and will never return. Especially when the DJ was outside getting high. Iyou should put a sign that says you can not play on certain tables and your staff should not be assholes when they know it's a reserved table and dont kindly let us know. We would have moved to one of the other 7 tables that were available 7 dollars in quarters it took for us to find out it was reserved for league players. put a sign letting outsiders know you can not olay pool. We have popped in there a couple times due to being invited by friends but not thinking hubby and I will be going back. The waitress take at least 15 minutes to pop by your table so we always have to go to the bar. The girls there always over full picture and hand it to use with beer running down it. The bathrooms are always dirty, stinky and with something broken. OMG and I'm pretty sure they need to clean their beer lines cause the beer has a smell to it and has a weird taste. I can't believe this place is still in business. My husband in his early 20's would go here with friends (10 years ago)I went twice many years ago, it smelt like vomit and there was a bullet hole in a T.V. I have not been in again but frequent the shopping center for the businesses around them which brings me to why I'm reviewing this place. The other day besides the smokers being outside a bar open before noon and stinking up the morning air, was a pile of vomit on the sidewalk. This place I have been going to since I have been 21 and lately I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I was told that they have a new part owner who has made many changes. The staff there are on top of it and they are a blast to party with ;) They have cheap drinks, a new menu that is fantastic and the people there are super fun! The DJ's are there every Friday, Sat and Sunday night and they always play my requests....They have pool, darts, a punching bag, beer pong, industry night and something is always going on. read more

This dump smells like urine and stale cigarettes and the service is horrible. If I could have given this bar zero stars I definitely would have. My husband's school had their graduation party here and it was terrible. We ordered a couple of pitchers of beer and six burgers well before the majority of the other people arrived and it took over an hour to get three of the burgers. The rest of the table waited at least another ten minutes before they were told that they were out of burgers and they just weren't going to get food. Then, the server came back to our table to inform us that we would have to leave because we had two small children that weren't allowed to be there after 6pm. Normally I would never have gone here to begin with but we were told beforehand that the upper level was reserved (which it wasn't) for a "family" graduation party. When I told the server that we were there for the graduation party she said that she was sorry (obviously not sorry) but we had to leave. We paid the bill, gathered our stuff and headed for the door. On our way out the server accused us of not paying our bill which I can only assume she was planning on pocketing the cash. When we all pointed out that we had indeed paid the bill she magically had the money. Thanks Famous Door for ruining a special day for my husband and my family. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend that you do not waste your time either. read more
