Lovely shopping center.... .... except that beginning each evening PRECISELY at 9:00 pm... there are NO RESTROOM FACILITIES available. They shut them down - ONE SECOND after the stores close.. No Restrooms. So, people trying to decide whether or not to spend that last bit of revenue.. or "take care of business" pretty much have only ONE option: and that is to STOP SHOPPING and Spending Money, and use one of only TWO restrooms - BOTH of which are closed at Promptly at NINE PM for cleaning. Couldn't leave one open while you clean the other one and then switch off.. NOPE.. ALL BATHROOMS CLOSE AT NINE PM. It's a lovely way for the mall to say .. GET OUT, your presence is no longer valued here.. even though there are a few businesses that remain open past 9:00. Stupid management plan. Really stupid. read more

The fountain that runs through the center of the entire shopping center is pretty sweet. The cats that live there freak me out though.

Please remove the train from in front of Talbots. Why? Nobody rides the train the person who is working keeps ringing the bell every 30 seconds. Also it has been awhile since I've been at the falls in the evening but it was inundated with teenagers because of that there was a huge brawl in the parking lot by bloomingdales and the police were even summoned to the scene For an area like palmetto Bay there should be better places to eat especially at a high end shopping mall I don't mind paying money for a good meal but I do not want to waste money on poor food There are several restaurants there that serve mediocre food at a high price. Recently ate at Brio. A mediocre restaurant that claims to be a Tuscan Grill. Sokai was one of the worst run restaurants with the worst food I have ever had. The edamame was still frozen when served to us. I do like the Falls atmosphere and the stores are fine but please invest in better restaurants. read more

You can feel the decline of this mall at the restrooms, dirty, old, lack of soap. An invitation to avoid.

Nice mall, nice landscaping, nice restaurants, and a great Apple Store. I love hanging out with my friends here. Although around 9 o'clock, the security starts to get a little pushy. Like many others, I, have enjoyed going to the Falls for many years since its conception. I've always thought of it to be a nice relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday society. I love the all around ambiance and nice relaxing atmosphere, especially at night and during the holidays when the Christmas decoration is up. However, that all changed on the evening of August 22, 2013. I was dining outdoors at the Corner Bakery located in the front of the Mall. Business was slow and the inside had so many unclean tables till I my friend and I decided to eat outside on the patio. Upon getting up to leave I noticed I left my purse in a chair under the table out of view from traffic. I returned within 20 - 30 minutes later only to find that my purse was gone!! I checked with the manager (Brianna), she was about as concerned as a tree. I asked if they had cameras outside and she said yes, but only the area manager (Joe) could view them and he couldn't view them until the next day (Fri.). Branna gave Joe my phone number and he did call. I can't say on on this site how useless he was. I asked about the tape he said he had not gotten a chance to view it yet and that he was instructed by the police for me to call them because it was not his item that was stolen so he could not do anything about it - not even look at the tape to see if it was an employee or customer. I was so disappointed in the lack of care and concerned these people showed. This experience has greatly tarnished my view of the Falls!! I know something like this could have happened anywhere, but its just really painful and disappointing when you have security walking all around running kids out after a certain time and handling little trivial stuff. But when it's a theft issue you can't find anyone with an ounce of concern to assist you!! Note to Falls visitors: Beware of your surroundings when you visit this place. It's APPEARS safe and well secured. It thought so too until my purse was stolen and no was there to help me. I will never eat at The Corner Bakery EVER AGAIN and chances NEVER visit the FALLS SHOPPING CENTER!! read more

Best Mall Ever, worst Santa customer service in years. Hi We have done Santa at the falls for years. This year the SANTA was so nice and kind. However, the girl that took our pictures was awful. She was rude, mean and impatient. I had questions on if we could take a few pictures, as I was totally willing to pay, and she was annoyed and mean. The picture of the four kids did not come out well, and she just said too bad. I ended up buying the picture anyways but what a shame. In all my years (which is alot) of doing Santa at the falls, this was by far the worst customer service I have received. I actually spent a good amount of money but probably would have spent more if the situation was better and the pictures were better. Please note, Santa was patient and kind and sweet. Also, this company did not supply us with a CD if we were will to pay, we could only get a digital image of one picture for an additional $10. In all the years past, I could have gotten a usb or cd of all of my shoots for a price. Very upsetting and disappointing customer service experience for the money. read more

THIS PLACE IS NOT AS "DOG FRIENDLY" AS THEY CLAIM TO BE!! Your (small) dog must be either in a carrier, stroller or be held at all times throughout the mall. You cannot walk around the mall with your dog. They also claim to have treats, fresh water, doggy cleanup bags and a free pet bowl courtesy of The Falls at Guest Services, yet upon going in they didn't have anything listed above and the man working at guest services was confused and knew very little, if anything, about the free items. Very misleading to be considered a "dog friendly" place. read more

Definitely not another shopping mall! While the stores may change as frequently as some celebrities seem to pick us mistresses, the basic staples (a movie theater, Bloomingdales, Crate and Barrel, Macy's and the Apple store) all hold steady. What it lacks in unique choices though it makes up for in atmosphere. Yes Florida can be beastly hot. However, the Falls offers air conditioned stores and covered walkways that actually make it tolerable to stroll around outside! What's more is that it provides actual visual stimulation with gorgeous waterfalls and greenery that make you forget you're in a mall. During the holidays they set up twinkle lights that are beautifully stunning. Always very clean and well maintained, and although parking can be tough on weekends you can usually find a spot in the large garage. Great if you want to run and check out the stores, but also nice just for window shopping and even just for strolling around when you want to be outside only not really (cause it is just too insanely hot). read more

When I lived in Miami this is was the "mall" I went to. I love that it is outdoors and the water running through is nice. If you plan on going to the movies on the weekend...be warned...by tickets in advance! I would not recommend going on the weekends unless you are between the ages of 12 and 15. It is a nice place and the shops do not disappoint either. read more

My husband, 5 month old daughter and I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to visit the Easter Bunny for our daughter's first Easter. We arrived before 7:45pm, which apparently is the cut off to be in line. After standing in line for a while, one of the Photo staff came out to say that two families in front of us was the cut off. We requested to speak to the manager because we had arrived before the cut off as had two other families. Caitlyn came out assuming the role of the manager with an extremely defensive attitude. She was down right rude and did not try to accommodate us or even listen to us. They said we should have gotten there earlier but we tried to explain that we worked and couldn't make it any other day or time. We spoke with head of security for The Falls, Jose, who tried to speak with the actual manager. We never spoke to the manager because she refused to come out of the Bunny house. All we wanted was one photo of our daughter with the Easter Bunny on her first Easter. The staff was rude and complained they didn't get paid overtime. They lost us as a customer and definitely left us and our daughter disappointed and upset. read more

This is a beautiful outdoor mall with a nice mix of upscale (not luxury) stores that can cater to most people. Loved the Bloomingdales here as an anchor and the Restoration Hardware. The river that runs through the mall is a nice change to the enclosed malls in Miami. I know it can rain often but its shocking there aren't more outdoor malls in Miami. A nice open airy concept taking advantage of the great sunny Miami weather....you can find these stores elsewhere in the Miami metro, but you won't find them in this setting. read more

Nice change from the typical mall experience. Very well kept, nice water areas (ponds, streams and the like) and enough stores to keep you busy for the afternoon. Plus a cinema and several restaurants (PF Chang's lettuce wraps are worth a try!). Be aware that stores are of the expensive variety but certainly worth a stroll around if just for the experience. Right off US Rte 1 so easy access and other shopping areas are very close (walking distance). read more

The falls has almost all the stores you can think of like build-a-bear,Victoria's secret etc.but it's pricey.oh, and has restaurants.

This is by far my favorite mall in Miami. We LOVE the atmosphere, we love the stores, we love love love everything about it. Just walking around The Falls relaxes me. It's nice to go there even just to sit outside Starbucks and take in the sound of the streams and fountains. Only thing I don't like about The Falls is Los Ranchos. Rip it out and put in something worth while! read more
