Then, she does a mini eyebrow massage with the same gloves. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but in trying to protect her self she is putting clients at risk, using dirty gloves. It's a lot more sanitary to use no gloves and sanitize your hands in between customers and money transactions. Or at the very least change gloves for every customer.

I explained that I could only afford around $500, and I was considering a selection of products within that range. I was told there was no point in continuing to go over products if I was not going to purchase anything and that we "were not a good fit," to which I agree, but not because I asked questions or was unwilling to buy. As a result, I chose not to purchase anything and canceled the next appointment. I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. As a young client still in college, I would have expected a more understanding and respectful approach rather than pressure.
