Think carefully before bringing your child here for acne treatment, no matter how many positive…read morereviews you read--that was the mistake I made with my daughter. Their approach might help someone with the occasional pimple or mild acne, but they treat every case the same, regardless of severity. I paid $250 to start treatment and $57 per visit, only to find out later that my daughter actually needed antibiotics, something they don't provide. I wish I had asked more questions and researched their methods better beforehand. The staff working with patients are not licensed estheticians--they're just trained employees. One of them aggressively attempted to extract my daughter's acne, leaving her with scarring. I deeply regret bringing her here and wasting that money. Please take your child to a licensed dermatologist--someone qualified and properly trained to treat skin conditions safely.

There are not enough good things to say about Bonitaa Threading and especially about Rita! She is…read moresuch a sweet person and she really knows what she's doing when it comes to getting your eyebrows on fleak! I've had bad experiences in the past with waxing and even other threading places, but Rita does such a great job that I know I have nothing to worry about and I trust her completely! So far, I've brought my friend, Gloria, AND my mom, so Rita can hook up their brows. Now, you know if she wasn't the business there's no way I would trust her with my momma! On top of Rita's incredible threading skills, she even does henna tattoos! I just got one on Saturday, and it came out so cute! I'll definitely be getting more in the future. The store is always clean (even the bathroom) and when it's busy, the wait isn't usually very long. And now she has another lady working with her, so the wait should be even shorter! The only negative thing I have to say is that parking is a nightmare in that plaza, so be mentally prepared for the challenge! So, Ladies, do yourself a favor and go in and visit Rita! Tell her, Cristina sent you!

I noticed she used the same gloves for handling money/card transactions and threading multiple clients eyebrows. It's quite unsanitary. No sanitizer was used in between. Then, she does a mini eyebrow massage with the same gloves. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but in trying to protect her self she is putting clients at risk, using dirty gloves. It's a lot more sanitary to use no gloves and sanitize your hands in between customers and money transactions. Or at the very least change gloves for every customer.

I originally came to her because I had a ton of milia, enlarged pores, and wanted healthier skin overall. I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I don't break out anymore, my pores are noticeably smaller, and every single time I leave an appointment my skin is glowing. It genuinely looks like I have no pores when I walk out. Her extraction technique is unlike anything I've ever experienced. She's incredibly gentle but so thorough, and somehow I've never been left with scarring or unnecessary irritation. You can tell she's invested so much into her education and has learned techniques from all over the world because her work is on a completely different level. Beyond her talent, she's just an incredible human being. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who truly cares about you. She gives the best advice, celebrates your wins, encourages your goals, and somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear. As a mom herself, she's also given me so much advice that's helped me through motherhood and pregnancy. I've walked in stressed more times than I can count and always leave feeling lighter, more confident, and with glowing skin. She has become so much more than my aesthetician she's someone I genuinely look forward to seeing every month. If you're thinking about booking with her, do it. She is worth every single penny, and I truly can't imagine trusting anyone else with my skin.
