Family owned and operated, they are authorized dealer for Baby Lock, Grace and Janome machines along with a wide variety of fabrics, thread, tools and notions making your sewing adventures a dream. Prices are on par with others and we were able to find out of print fabrics we couldn't find elsewhere. The staff was friendly and very helpful but I also loved the feeling as other "regulars" were shopping and you could tell that this was a welcoming shop. Fortunately the machine was still acting up so the shop could see exactly what the problem was. Turned out the machine needed a different bobbin, and they also showed her the correct way to thread the machine. Since she has been sewing heavier material and doeskin, they also suggested a "walking foot" to make the task easier. The only charge was for the walking foot, they didn't charge anything for getting the machine going and showing her how to use it. Lot's cheaper than buying a new machine!

I made the drive down and the gentlemen who worked there asked me what I was looking for in terms of comfort then walked me through my options. I made my selections and two days later the cushions were ready for pickup. My sofa feels brand new and so much more comfortable than it was before that I can't believe I didn't think to do this sooner. And the cost of getting foam for all four cushions was *very* affordable, especially when compared to what it would have cost to get the work done by one of the upholstery stores in town. I'll absolutely be back if I need foam for any cushions in the future!
