The bicuspid had turned into a caldera. The saw me immediately and provided a temp solution. In the end the bridge is perfect and I was very pleased with them experience. When there was a small problem with the temp they fit me in quickly at no charge. Very satisfied.

I tell her I'm having pain in my chest and she says can you come back after 1? Luckily someone else was listening and she tells the girl she can let me in. Lunch break is at 12:30. So I see a Nurse Practitioner , she suggested an x-ray, explains that they are not equipped lab wise for any cardio workup but first she wants the other Nurse Practitioner to see me. He treats me like a drug seeker, cancels the x-ray and sends me on my way. Never once saw a doctor, don't even know if one was onsite. Will never go back there. They got 3 stars because of the woman Nurse Practitioner, she was kind understanding and professional. The male was not. I'd leave names but I don't know if that's allowed.

I did not make a decision that day, My insurance does not pay for a root canal, Insurance only pays on cleanings twice a year and I have a small balance on those which I always pay. was told a "root canal" was around $1300.00. I finally decided to have this done. No one ever mentioned it was a crown. made apt. to have the "root canal". Paid almost $1800.00 for whatever it was supposed to be. when I later went in for a cleaning and the lady pulled up my record I saw it said Crown, to which I stated I thought I had a root canal. The dental assistant left the room immediately and got Dr. White, who came in, never said hello, just blurted out Mrs. G. "I do not lie" to which I said and "neither do I", that crown was never mentioned. He was very aggravated and so was I with his attitude. He told me he would just send me back to Dr. Payne, but good luck because he was going to retire in June. He left the room and the dental assistant performed the cleaning. The usual practice is for the dentist to come back in when the cleaning is done, which Dr. White never did. When I left and checked out at the desk, told the lady there to send to my insurance co, to which she replied "There is no charge for today". They billed my insurance and were paid and the balance I had to pay was $56.00. So much for "no charge for today". I will not be going back to Danville Dental. I like Jenny, but this dentist was very unprofessional and has a very bad bedside manner. He could have handled the situation in a more professional manner. I will be cancelling my apt. for a cleaning set for April.

Me n my husband were there this morning for over 3 hours. I have been sick for 8 days n my husband…read morethrew his back out. Once back in a room another hour we decided to ask and the tech said they only had one provider and we were #4 to be seen. We decided to leave. No fault of the one provider however upon checking in the patient should be told thar there be a lengthy wait. We paid our $80 copay which is required to be seen since we received no care i would expect our card to be reimbursed. I for one wouldn't choose going to any urgent care unless I was really sick and sure didn't feel like sitting in a chair for hours. Just sad

Dr Jon's urgent care and the doctor there did the right, ran son tests, listened to us and got to the root of the problem. She took the most amazing care, fixed the issue (finalllllly) and called to check on us. The office staff was also exceptionally nice. It was a wonderful experience.
