I'll still give them 5 stars because the quality / value is still there and clearly I keep coming back. I can get my haircut by any of the super nice ladies in there, and they all just ask "the same?" lol. The only thing I'll really have to specify is whether I want both the top and my sides cut, or just my sides. They know all know my name and always greet me when I enter and thank me when I leave. The vibes on the inside are very relaxed and typically quiet, but they of course will chit chat with you and be responsive if you're feeling talkative that day. I appreciate being able to just sit and think sometimes as I get my haircut very frequently and find it relaxing. A few changes to note: they no longer offer their stamp card that used to get you half off every 6th haircut which is a bummer. They've also in creased their prices (at least for men's cuts). It's now $12 for just the sides (I believe it used to be $10) and now $15 for top and sides (used to be $12). They're still priced very well, but figured it's worth mentioning. I still love this spot!

My stylist Daiana really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Daiana was chatty and friendly but didn't force the conversation as some do. When I arrived I did let her know that I had a tender scalp(tender headed), but I'm guessing she did not take that into account and I do know I have a lot of hair, but there was no gentleness involved. As a hairstylist I also feel that you need the necessary tools when people say that they have a tender scalp. I felt like my hair was being ripped out during the detangling process and blow drying process which led to me having to cut off more hair than I needed originally. My head was very sore at the end of service and during the service I felt like I wanted to cry. Either way I made sure to tip her because I know how it is to be a stylist and put in a lot of work. Customer service was not great either, no conversation and she seemed very standoffish and also rushed for time. Either way I am thankful but I will not be returning.
