Wow!! The group of 4 guys Party Max sent out to put up the tents were awesome!! We had a 40X60…read moretent and they were in the middle of setting up on Friday during the roughest part of the storm. They worked like crazy (avoided all the sprinkler lines, thank GOD) and were there for 3 hours!!! Everything was set up perfect and stayed perfectly in place. For tare down they were gracious enough to give me a time and were prompt and fast. They took care of everything and we could not have been more impressed. Thanks again for sending such a hard working team and for all your support these last two events. You were quick with every change, were able to supply EVERYTHING we needed and really gave us a since of confidence knowing you "had our backs". He was SO rude, raised his voice to both me and my husband, HUNG UP on me, and delivered a dirty tent and tables. And then get this, he charged us twice for the tables, and it took 3 months and several phone calls to get the charges off of my credit card. I would NEVER use this place again, I have never been treated so rudely by a "business owner" before in my life.
