We needed a 5 tables and 25 chairs delivered for a Memorial Day grad party we were hosting and were not able to place an order until the Friday before due to a family funeral the same week. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. I called her with my credit card that afternoon and was all set. We were so grateful for their excellent customer service and very competitive pricing- they have won a customer for life!!

From the start, communication with this company was a struggle - I had to chase them down to book, then again to just confirm the reservation. The day of the party, they were a complete no-show. No call, no text, nothing. I called repeatedly - no one picked up. No one called back. To this day, no one has followed up to my calls or voicemails. Hours after the drop off time, I got a hold of another number who claimed they had a flat tire and were "on the way," which was never the case. In the end, they never showed up, never contacted me, and left us scrambling with a neighborhood full of kids. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money and book with someone who actually shows up and honors their commitments. Note: Do not confuse this company with Bouncing All Around INC. They are a legitimate company that you will find on Google. I have since learned that this company was removed from Google search for all of the above reasons.
