If you are looking for Memphis inspired items to take home on the plane or to give to family…read moremembers definitely stop by this place in terminal B. It is right across from the Starbucks and the whiskey and liquor store in the terminal of Southwest near Gates 11- through 20. I thought it was cool that they had so many novelty items that were Memphis themed. The famous "Moonpie" clothing items here were cute. Also, they sell snacks and beverages just like all the other stores so that you can enjoy them in the terminal or on the plane. The lady who worked here was very nice and her name was Felicia and she answered any questions that I had about anything in the store that I needed to know about. I also thought it was cool that they had 20% off the neck cushions that you need when you're trying to sleep on the plane. they had them as low as $20 for the microfiber version foam pillows. I highly recommend coming here. I was able to locate the Corky's Original Barbecue and Rib seasoning here. I couldn't find it in the hotel gift shop so I am happy that it was here. Thanks!

One of the workers once told me Thomas Kinkade is dead but the new artwork coming out is from his assistants. I didn't factcheck that info but the fact is that they do have new Disney artwork pretty often. Hubby has gotten me a calendar and a night light from here. We would love to get an actual picture from here one day and hang it up in our place, but that will have to wait for a bit.

I purchased a pearl ring from them, but unfortunately the pearl came off very soon after purchase. I took the ring in for repair on April 25, 2026, and was told someone would contact me by Tuesday. No one called. When I followed up myself last week, the person I spoke with was quite rude and told me there were many customers ahead of me for repairs and that it would take around three weeks before mine would even be completed. I find this concerning for two reasons: first, because the pearl should not have come off so quickly in the first place, and second, because reattaching a pearl to a ring should not require such an excessive wait time for a loyal customer. I understand businesses can get busy, but communication and customer service matter. A simple update and a more respectful response would have made a big difference.
